Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.

I’ve had this vehicle for a couple of months. Big upgrade from my little Ford Focus. Love that we can use it to travel as a family and don’t always have to take our truck. And let’s face it-Black on black-it looks hot!
Chuck Rabel was very helpful in finding what was best for US! Karen in finance was AMAZING as well! We drive three hours to work with them and wont go anywhere else!

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
While I did not purchase a car from this dealership, they were truly responsive to my request for information about an older car I was interested. Would certainly do business with them in the future if the opportunity arose!

Runs great & serviced regularly. This is a wonderful family car, safe reliable and spacious for kids and cargo with middle row captains chairs. Fully loaded with DVD entertainment system.
Very good responsiveness. They got back to the same day to let me know that the vehicle I was looking at was already sold. They said they would let me know if they got anything that I was looking for.

I have a 2008 gmc. Acadia I've had it for 3 year this past year its been in the shop it shuts off when at stop light and i take it back they say its one thing i get it back and it last a day or two and then shuts off again its horrible and not safe
I love this business. I have never had any issues with them. I bought a car there in 2006 and have had ALL my service work done there. Now am looking for a used 4 wheel drive and hope to buy it there.

I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.
The Duramax will never be the monster engine that the Cummins is. But, when you take into consideration the whole pickup, neither ford or dodge can come close to it. The fuel delivery is the biggest problem i have with Duramax. The suction system instead of a pressurized one is not a good choice especially when the fuel is also needed for lubrication of the pump. A leak is hard to find and will cost thousands if not found.
And they will never come close to touching the Allison transmission.

I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice then directed swiftly to the service where they were very detailed and helpful in collecting the necessary information to resolve my problem. My great experience continued with my personal visit to the dealership to obtain my key. I was greeted by the receptionist followed by the manager who led me directly to the service area. There I was greeted by Matt Fernelius who I had originally talked to on the phone. He knew exactly who I was, greeted me by first name, and provided me with phenomenal customer service as he prepared my key. Personally coming from someone who works in customer , I know it's not always easy to have a helpful smile and willingness to help. This would be a dealership I would feel very comfortable buying a vehicle from in the future as well as taking in any further issues or concerns with my car to be fixed. I want to highly recommend this dealership and the services provided to me on such a short notice. I was completely satisfied with my service and I want to thank you for listening to my experience.

This vehicle has been great to transport family and cargo. I have hauled a lot of stuff with this SUV. It has a comfortable ride, and has been dependable.
We have purchased vehicles at H&N for years, and have always been treated fairly. Their sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their service department is excellent.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
I had a very pleasant experience with your salesperson Mary Kay. I was buying a vehicle from out-of-state sight-unseen and Mary Kay described it perfectly to me and even sent pictures of a few minor scratches to me. I would highly recommend Mary Kay as she was very patient and I got a very nice vehicle at a fair price at Okajobi Motor Company. I would definetely consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

This car is sweet, 32’ tires ko2 with 2’ leveling kit looks mean drives mean, have k&n air filter on it with dual exhausts so it sounds mean!!!!!
