I thought they might wash my car, but they washed and completely vacuumed my car. It was spotless and beautiful. I got much more than I ever expected. The service people were all extremely nice and helpful. Thanks again Sewell staff!

I stop in randomly to take a close look at the new Black Label Lincoln Navigator. I was great by a gentle in the parking lot who proceeded to show me many amazing details. After a while I released we had been talking about the amazing vehicle and I was not being pushed into anything. Just giving great info. Thank you Mark for being that guy that just helps. So I bought 2.

Been a 3 time moritz customer for 10+ years now There service department is cheaper than independent shops & corporate shops (Firestone, pep boys, etc) plus Moritz knows my vehicle best because they only work on my brand. Did I mention that I solely trust them with my 75 year old moms automotive needs? If that doesn't sum up my love for moritz I don't know what will!!!
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . You cannot go wrong dealing with this company and their sales people We give them a very high rating.
Had been car shopping for awhile and haggled, mislead and just out right disrespected by other dealers. I found a beautiful car at southwest drove over an hour to get there right before they closed, Hunter was who I had talked to on the phone I told them what my trade was they held to the numbers when I got there, was financed with no haggling what so ever. Even our finance guy didn't try to hard sell anything which is unheard of. I buy cars about once a year and I believe they have earned a customer for life. Extremely satisfied. Their demeanor was nothing but top notch.
Best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought a lot of cars over the last 30 years. Southwest Ford got me the deal I wanted (and could not get done at my local dealership) , did it quickly and most importantly, took care of some issues I had with the car I purchased.
I cannot recommend them enough. Go see them.

They are intent on their profit - wouldn't give me what I wanted for a trade but suggested ways I could do for myself so they wouldn't have to give me more than wholesale. Sales folks were always saying this is a family owned business which implies I should trust them but that had the opposite effect on me. The more someone says I should trust them the less I do. They would not come down a penny on their car so no deal was completed.
