I had a very good experience with this dealership. It took several days for my car repairs to be complete, but I was kept informed of the status and given a nice rental vehicle to drive. Excellent service.
I took my wife's car in for a passenger side mirror repair. I did a visual inspection, and found it was not installed properly. The tech was summoned to look at his work. After looking at it, I had to show him the obvious problem. The part replaced was hanging down about a quarter of an inch. He didn't see it. So I wonder if Dom Moore hires anyone off the street with a tool box? I certainly expected far more from a dealership, especially for a $212+ repair.
From the start with Paula this was the best dealership experience ever. Steven Ward was our sales person and would recommend. Also talked directly to Tony Toomey. Both were very open with information and invoices and very focused on maximum customer satisfaction. Finance Manager Mickey Hammers who finalized the sale was also focused on our needs and open with the financial side of the sale. Personal best and would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to start with DPatrick Boonville. It will save you the time and effort it takes to shop around for the best deals. Getting ready for a trip and service engine light came on 2 days before a 2000 mile trip pulling a 16,000 pound trailer Don Moore got the part installed the next day and I was able to depart on time. Thanks for great service
My buying experience was both fast, pleasant and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was excellent. I received an excellent deal on my purchase and I would not hesitate to deal with D-Patrick Ford in the future. I traveled 200 miles in a one way rental to the facility. My D-Patrick sales rep even called the rental agency for its pickup at the dealership.
Service was great , except when I got to GreenRiver Rd and Spring Valley my low tire light went off and Lucus Oil was close, so they aired my tires up as my back two tires were low after having my tires rotated and told the air in my tires had been checked.

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.
