Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I recently found myself in the market for a car and decided I was buying a Subaru. After going to a few dealers in the area and not thrilled by my experience, I walked into Anchor Subaru and was immediately greeted by Josh Ostrow. He was courteous, understanding and most importantly informative about the Subaru brand. i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
My experience with Stamas has been more than just a good one, this dealership and the Family that works to keep it moving forward have treated me more the fair.. No bull$***.. The entire finance process did take some time and more importantly they beat the finance offers of two other lenders, I was told they would and they did.. There was an issue with the radiator and line that I was concerned about , I was instructed to bring in and they would diagnose it for me.. To make a long story short everything was taken care of in a timely way and my 2009 silverado 1500 is running well.. Thanks to the entire STAMAS team .... DP
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. Jim Laferriere helped us get into our ???new to us??? 2016 Explorer and made it so we could drive off with it the same day we bought it! Love the car and Jim was such an honest, helpful sales person. We would go to him again in a minute.
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there.
