I took my venue to your dealership because the cruise control was not working. Your techs quickly figured out that it was some error codes left over from some work I had done to the car. They cleared codes and replaced a couple of fuses and had me in and out of the shop quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have been a client with Alan (cars2you.com) for about a year and I am quite pleased with their service. About a year ago the main battery in my Toyota Prius blew and the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it. Miraculously I found Alan and his company and for $1,000 he tested my battery cells; he found that only two cells were bad and replaced them. A few months later another battery failed in the same area and so for no charge he replaced that one for me. Months later they replaced my coolant control valve for me and did a great job. My car runs great, in fact it is getting better gas mileage than it did before I took it into the shop! I would like to compare Alan and his mechanic Aaron to the Wright Brothers. (They are intelligent and are always inventing new things - they may be the next Tesla!) Thank you guys for all your help. All the best!

Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I'm a little confused, because email asks or a review of the service department. My purchase experience at Gurley Leep was better than any other dealership, and I've dealt with many in Indianapolis, Princeton, Evansville, and several in SW Michigan. Joel was an excellent sales person for my purchase experience. He was courteous, professional, and was very familiar with all of the cars he showed me. I plan to contact him again when I am ready for a different car. This is my second review because I keep getting email requests to submit one.

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK.
