I've been buying from Rydell for over 22 years. Not because they have the best prices, which they do. It's simply because I've NEVER been treated like a customer, I've ALWAYS been treated like family.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I bought this truck new 1/22. Have put over 100K miles in 2-½ years. No problems. Have 5.3L and 10-speed. Very reliable. Nothing has gone wrong. I feel the seat cushions are too short for someone over 6’.

Had an oil change on 2 vehicles. Service was prompt and everything was explained on what needed to be done and what work was performed. I had a polite Tia looking oil leak that was investigated and was determined not to be an issue.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found one we liked on line at this dealership. We called the dealership and spoke with Dylan. He was very courteous and and answered all of our questions. We decided to take the 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Even though we did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were treated with the greatest respect and kindness. The only reason we did not purchase the vehicle was due to the color. Internet did not have a true likeness of the color. Dylan tried very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted but did not seem to be available due to the shortage of vehicles at the time of our search. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!
