While I did not purchase a car from this dealership, they were truly responsive to my request for information about an older car I was interested. Would certainly do business with them in the future if the opportunity arose!
We just got done purchasing a car for our daughter last night and were assisted by Ray Norling, Terry Markus both from used car sales and Ralph Webb in finance. Everyone was fantastic and made the purchase of our vehicle very easy. All of them took extra time to make sure we had all of our questions and the information about the car answered before we purchase it. Thanks to Greg and the rest of the staff at Marthaler Chev in Worthington. When the vehicle I wanted had an issue that was too much for me to accept, they - without prompting from me - offered to fix it on their own dime so I could take the vehicle home. They were open and honest throughout the whole process and made it easy and enjoyable for me.
Bought a used 2017 Buick Regal that was $1500 cheaper than the nearest competitor. Add in a very pleasant, knowledgeable staff and that made for a great car buying experience. Didn't think I'd ever say that in my life.
Dealing with Robbie was great. I purchased the vehicle over the phone since I live in another state. He made the entire process very easy and was nice to talk to. He would always return my phone call or text and was very helpful. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had and may ever have. The finance manager Chase was very helpful and kind as well. The entire group at this dealership was very professional and kind over the phone and through text messaging. Hi, today I am e-mailing Chevrolet to express my outstanding experience from the service provided by this dealership. My experience started this morning as I called in concerning a lost key. I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice then directed swiftly to the service where they were very detailed and helpful in collecting the necessary information to resolve my problem. My great experience continued with my personal visit to the dealership to obtain my key. I was greeted by the receptionist followed by the manager who led me directly to the service area. There I was greeted by Matt Fernelius who I had originally talked to on the phone. He knew exactly who I was, greeted me by first name, and provided me with phenomenal customer service as he prepared my key. Personally coming from someone who works in customer , I know it's not always easy to have a helpful smile and willingness to help. This would be a dealership I would feel very comfortable buying a vehicle from in the future as well as taking in any further issues or concerns with my car to be fixed. I want to highly recommend this dealership and the services provided to me on such a short notice. I was completely satisfied with my service and I want to thank you for listening to my experience.
I would like to thank Cade and Ed. I filled out a form online and was contacted quickly. I could not speak at the time and asked if we could talk after they were closed. Cade called me 2 hours after they had shut down. Everything he told me was correct about the car and I would recommend everyone to buy here !
I had a very pleasant experience with your salesperson Mary Kay. I was buying a vehicle from out-of-state sight-unseen and Mary Kay described it perfectly to me and even sent pictures of a few minor scratches to me. I would highly recommend Mary Kay as she was very patient and I got a very nice vehicle at a fair price at Okajobi Motor Company. I would definetely consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.
