Great customer service! Clint, the salesperson, was very fair negotiating over price and trade-in. He was pkeasant and I never felt pressured. Even got a better loan rate! I love the car...although it's used (2016), it's in excellent condition and is a make/model with a hard to find 2nd row bench seat. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car, go see them!
I cannot say how impressed I was with all of my dealings with Bob Poynter GM. Gray Nelson answered all of my questions and made a deal work quick and efficiently. I rented a car and drove 7.5 hours one way to pick up my new vehicle. No surprises, just an honest and efficient buying experience. Hats off to Gray on being awesome to deal with.
I bought my first truck here and will always be a returning customer. Friendly Small town staff. Not pushy at all. James is a great guy and always helpful. There selections change often and their customer loyalty is very high, so most vehicles don't last very long. If you see a deal you may want to get it fast or it will be gone.
With any used car selection, check the vehicle throughly. I didn't have any major issues but you never know with a used vehicle. That's with any used dealership. About a week after my purchase I thought something major was wrong with my truck. I took it back in and had James look at it. He quickly noticed something wrong so he took it to nearby shop. A few lug nuts were loose. Nothing major. It was scary but he got it taken care of and apologized that it had happen. I had the truck for a week so I highly doubt it was something that was their fault. But, hey that got me taken care of!

This is the best of five dealerships I have dealt with this year. I have purchased 4 cars this year. I found the truck I wanted at Approval Auto Credit. We reached a fair price and I was in and out in less than an hour. I found my salesman, Matt, to be very genuine. If my kids have another accident, I'll be sure to check out Matt @ Approval Auto Credit. The other dealerships where I purchased cars were a hastle to deal with on price and the closing of the sale was a pain. Two other dealerships I have shopped this year were horrible. One tried to sell me a real lemon and the other was also suspect.Approval Auto Credit will be my first choice in the future.

I have visited the store on several occasions, you can count on quality work with out a run around. I have had simple to major repairs completed without a hitch. Stacy always knowledgeable and honest about time required and cost of service.
This dealership never fails to deliver. In fact, just recently, we paid a little more for the car we wanted just to purchase it from Hobson! That may not make sense to some, but the confidence we have in these folks warrants the extra.
This is, by far, the best experience we’ve had buying a car! I communicated through text messages instead of spending hours at the dealership and a salesman drove the car to me so I could test drive it. He also brought all of the paperwork for us to sign .
