This dealership is like none that I have ever had to deal with before! The car buying process can be very scary and intimidating. I just was praying threw it! They have a really good selection of really nice clean used cars. Maybe new too I’m not sure. I had found the perfect car that fit me online at this dealership & came in to look at it. From the time I stepped in the building the customer service was amazing. They were all very busy selling cars but made sure I was helped & comfortable. They all greeted me at some point in between them doing different things to take care of their clients. Even Bear (their sweet dog) came to say hi! Just rubbing his lil head was calming me threw this car buying process. He put me at ease! One of the guys grabbed the car from their overstock lot that I was interested in for me to look at & test drive. He gave me time by myself not hovering over me to look at it right off the bat. There was no sell’s pitch’s just answered questions when I came back in asking them after testing driving. When I came back in the guy that had got the car for me to test drive was back busy selling another car but a nice gentlemen named Robert called me & my son over. My 1st thought was oh he just stole that other man’s commission if I choose to buy. I have to tell you Robert was amazing! He answered every question we had, he went above and beyond to make sure this was a comfortable experience! He made sure we got the best deal that was fair to us both! Me & the dealership! The best interest rate he could get me and made sure it was a great payment plan for me that fit me. Guess what? He wasn’t stealing the other guys commission! They are on salary! Theirs no cut throat salesman just trying to get their commission. There’s no putting you in anything just to get you out the door selling a car. These salesman get paid regardless! I have to say the owner is a very smart man doing business this way. Yes these salesman want to sell cars for their company of course but I’m telling you the way I felt in that dealership was a feeling of these people actually care about their car selling reputation. Like what they put out is what they want to get back! My momma always said treat others as you want to be treated! I got all good vibes at this dealership, bought a beautiful vehicle that I love, and I bet they had a momma that taught them the same thing! I would highly recommend Robert, & highly recommend this dealership to whoever is reading this , to my family, & will to everyone I know!

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!

For a while I was looking for Lincoln MKT national wide and found the car at this dealer. The car was excellent, the price was great and salesperson Gary made this sale transaction very smooth starting with the accurate vehicle description, working out financing paperwork and finishing with quick deal closing. I am out of state buyer so I had initial hesitation flying to another state to buy the car, but overall experience exceeded my expectation. We got to dealership earlier than we were supposed to but got waited on quickly. We drove the truck bought it they cleaned it up and all of this was done in a short amount of time and we were on out way back to Kentucky. Gotta give a shout out to Gab White our salesman!

I went to this location because my son wanted to purchase a vehicle and we were greeted by Jonta (JB). He was very professional and offered awesome customer service. My son was shopping for a car in a certain price range and they had limited cars available that would fit his needs but JB took the time to help us by researching other dealers and actually helped us find a dealer that day who had several cars that would work for my son. He gave my son some tips on car buying and what to look out for which was helpful. We ended up going to the recommended dealer and he was able to purchase a great car!! I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

Very good truck, as you would expect from GMC. Have had it for a little while now, and have had no issues or complaints. Gas mileage is great, especially for a truck with over 300 hp. Comfortable, quiet ride. Love the features and styling the Denali offers. Would definitely recommend it.

This is the nicest truck I have ever owned. Lots of features. Takes a while to learn what all it does but a really enjoyable vehicle.

I have taken our car here for oil changes since we bought it. This was the first time we had to ask to have some issues looked at with our car. Our service consultant was Kirsten Julsgard and she repeated all of the issues back to me to make sure that she understood the problems we were having. We left the car overnight as some parts had to be delivered. Kirsten called us at the end of the day to tell us the status of each repair and the anticipated delivery time of the ordered parts. I called her mid morning the next day to see when we should expect to have the parts in to begin the repairs. She said that the parts were delivered and the service department had started changing out the parts and the car should be ready soon for pickup. I was very pleased with the attention given to our car and the problems. Kirsten was very attentive to keep us updated. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that we could not get a Loaner car to use. We live about 45 minutes away and had to drive our other car to take and pick up our car. We bought the Platinum Service plan with our new car and it was not cheap. We thought it allowed for a car to use. I do understand the chaos that Covid has had in the last few years but I thought I would mention that. The total experience was a positive one. Thank you.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

This truck is very comfy for long trips. Fits the whole family in. Plenty of extras like the center console charging point. Memory seating helps when you have more than one driver. Very nice ride, drive.

They were just doing a mileage/periodic check up as required. They were very nice, especially Jimmy, our head service specialist.

Love my new canyon. Have owned 2005 Sierra, 2007 Ram, 2010 f350 diesel. All had their pluses and a few minuses. 2022 Canyon my first new vehicle since 2012. Scaled down a little for MPG and kids are nearly grown. I have 95-99 percent satisfaction. However, I do have one interior styling major issue. The 4wd selection and light dials are very bad location. My left knee hits them when I get in and right knee hits them when getting out. I have put less than 1000 miles on so far and i have found I was in 4wd position at least 6 times so far. I literally have to check the position every stinking time.

Billy was very knowledgeable about my new Terrain. He answered all my questions in a very polite manner. I will tell my friends about my experience. Everyone was very friendly.

Would give it a 5 star but for the lack of a mettle bumper and the dumb location of the headlight control and 4 wheel drive control (almost half to open the door to see them) along with the fact I half to duck down to see the fuel gauge.

Rieselman’s body shop handled the repair of my car in one day. The job was well done. The car was cleaned, washed and waxed. It looked like a new car. They handled the insurance and I only had to pay the $100 deductible. Great service performed in a timely manner.

Have a 19 4x4 SLT Short Box. Lifted 4" w/ 20" rims and decent all purpose tires. With the relatively short wheelbase and the slight lift, I've never had a 4WD that handles everything so easily, including the worst mountain trails. Have owned for 3 years now and have not had any problem other than a dead battery. The interior is average, but in a utility/4WD that gets mud, dog fur and camping fallout, who cares. My prior SUV was an 04 Avalanche 4x4. Cool truck but bad gas mileage and impossible to park in tight city lots. The Canyon is perfect size, easy to handle and with a couple minor mods pushes 350 hp.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Can't say enough about the fuel economy for a truck. It has the 5.3 with the 6 speed transmission and I get over 20 on the highway. No complaints.

Bought my 03' Sierra 1500 as a first vehicle. It was an extended cab with the 5.3 litre Vortec. After 245,000 miles I have had VERY FEW ISSUES, though I am the second owner and don't know of any issues prior to my purchase. During my time with it, I have only had to replace the 4X4 actuator ($500), headlight bulbs (typical), ball joints, and the rear U joint on the driveline. The motor has given me ZERO problems nor has the transmission. The interior has held up well with only a few small things like the coating on the dash peeling (has been very minimal). Only complaint is that the 5.3 litre is a little underpowered. I find that it frequently has to downshift when ascending in a canyon on a light gradient. However, this could be in part due to the age and milage on the motor. Overall I rate this vehicle as excellent!

A small truck with great utility, but still smooth to drive. Accelerates nicely. No problem in traffic or to park. My first GM, but probably not my last. I wanted smaller and diesel. GM provided.
