Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
Everyone was extremely nice and made the process very easy. It was very different buying experience than your typical car dealership. Top notch service. I would highly recommend Family Ford.
Beats all other models in it's class.

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.

I have a 2008 gmc. Acadia I've had it for 3 year this past year its been in the shop it shuts off when at stop light and i take it back they say its one thing i get it back and it last a day or two and then shuts off again its horrible and not safe
The service was exceptional, which made it such a wonderful experience!

This car has met all my needs. I have used it for hauling horses and also for family outings. I had tested other similar vehicles but was not as happy with the ride they provided. The ride is very good and I feel safe driving it.
All of the staff at Marchant Cheverolet were very friendly and professional. There is no pressure to buy a vehicle and no hidden dealer fees. I believe this is a very trustworthy dealership who stands up to their reputation.

I really like this, it’s great on gas and comfortable to drive. Versatility is excellent from kids to pets to cargo, even room or camping fits a nice air mattress
Front clicking around steering box. Service Dept. was so friendly and professional. All I had to do was tell them what I was experiencing and they took it from there. When they say Family Ford they were not joking. Every aspect of their dealership went real smooth. They have my business from now on, even if it has to be towed the 45 miles right past all of these dealerships where I live.Thanks so much!

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
I saw the truck I eventually bought advertised and decided to stop by and check it out. I was happy to be served by Shawn Couch, a Charleston native, and someone I got along with from the start. He went over the vehicle with me and sent me out for a test drive to see if I liked the truck. Upon my return we talked over the truck and it's features and did some negotiating on the price. I was also hooked up with Randy Frazier for the financial part of the transaction. He was very nice to deal with, offered various other dealer options, and was happy with the no pressure presentation. I must say this was the best auto buying experience I have ever had.
