The Chevrolet Silverado was our third vehicle purchased from Charlie's family of dealerships. Our only regret is that we didn't find Charlie's sooner! Mike Poulin, our Salesperson was great listening to our needs and finding the right truck. He was right there with follow-up, but not too much. Tom Towle, the General Sales Manager was also very helpful and made us feel like family. Eric Lindholm, the Sales Manager made the closing easy. He said he had been at the dealership many years and it showed! The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. We'll be back!
Jed was friendly, informative, and not pushy. Charlie's offered a great price on the used vehicle. I would recommend emailing Charlie's or calling, they were able to make an offer well below the website listed price.
Zach Bradley and all of the staff personnel I dealt with, were very personable and professional. All questions were answered to their fullest. The service and maintenance departments were clean and very well maintained. At no time did I feel rushed or hasseled...it was a very pleasant experience and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
The whole process was made easy. The dealership atmosphere was professional, no loud music, no pushy salesman. Our sales person, Dereck Burbank was very knowledgeable. He was totally focused on what our needs were for a new vehicle. He even gave us a tour of the facility, making us feel that he appreciated our business. Derek exceeded our expectations.
Lea Baird and Nick Souviney (and both of the Finance Managers who worked with us while we were there) were wonderful - they were helpful, attentive, and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and informed about our vehicle. Note: The only option for the make of car we were getting was a Buick or Chevy, but we leased a Toyota Tacoma.
We found the salesman, Mike Poulin, to be very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. The negotiating process for a lease versus buy was new for us. As it evolved, we became less satisfied with the lease option, and chose to go with the traditional purchase of the vehicle. The process of determining the trade value was the same process that we have dealt with for several decades with numerous dealers. All said and done, we ended up with a very nice vehicle, and the trade value we desired. We would highly recommend Mike Poulin as a sales contact at Charlie's Chevrolet to our friends and family.
