They made the entire process very easy. I live pretty far way so it was important to be able to discuss all of the necessary details before I made the trip. The personal video they made for me was very helpful. There were no games or gimmicks, it is exactly what you would want a car buying experience to be.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I purchased my kia rio used from this dealership. They were like any other dealership and took a while to get my financing to get approved. Needless to say I drove off in a nice car. My only complaint is I hate recieving mail later asking for a trade in or offering me one. I love my car.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

GMC Canyon Denali with the 2.7 Duramax diesel is a loaded power house with great fuel economy. 4x4 has a towing capacity of 7000 pounds, the best in class. 31 MPG on the highway! Previously owned a Tacoma but it would not pull our travel trailer with the V-6. Highly recommend the Canyon diesel, if you can find one!

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

great car has everything and then some. lots of seats and 2nd row heated is cool. it could use a little more under storage in the rear compartment and a cover

5 Star purchase experience with Brondes Ford Lincoln But this isn’t news to the people of Maumee, OH. In fact, this was one of the first appeals that was revealed to us through the free Carfax that was made available for this used vehicle and here is where it showed the previous owner had actually purchased this vehicle 10 years earlier from this same dealership. That, alone, says a lot to me. Buying a car is stressful enough. But this experience was made all the easier by this super, family-friendly dealership who assisted my daughter through the process every step of the way. GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I made the mistake of reading and believing what's on internet. I went and looked at this truck fearing the salesman pressure, I figured if they did this, I would spend my money somewhere else. I honestly checked the truck for at least 20minutes, I finally went to office for keys. Silverado was all the truck I wanted. I delt with the salesman I delt with over computer (Chris), I highly recommend. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.
