ZERO pressure, incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt like I was treated like Rick’s family from the first time I met him months ago when I first began exploring purchasing a new Volkswagen. Kevin Zanoni who assisted in getting my financing squared away, and got me in, and out in a blink of an eye with my flawlessly clean car was amazing. I also was taken care of by of all people the Service Manager Mr. Mike Kayes who made me feel so confident in my purchase from a service side just further cemented in my mind that not only did I buy a great car, but I bought a great car from the best Dealership I have ever dealt with in ver 30+ years of buying many vehicles. THE BODY SHOP, Manager Mike Nero is Spectacular - Mike is a Man amongst men as far as my experience went with him getting my ‘21 black Accord Sport fixed back to Perfect(!)…from the entire right side being destroyed by me being T-boned on my way to trade it! My entire new trade deal was hinging and waiting on the repair and Mike was well aware & conscientious about impeccable w/ communication, getting it in & out & presenting me with a beeeautiful job well done! After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.

If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. Give this woman a nice bonus and raise she definitely deserves it !!! Thank you Tracy

I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR
