Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I bought this car in August 2018 with 29K miles, and traded it with 232,442 miles on it. If you want a reliable compact sedan, this is definitely it. With regular maintenance, this car kept going great until the past few months when it needed big repairs. It's very fuel efficient and handles well. It's not the quietest or rides the nicest, but for a compact car, it was just decent. The trunk could hold quite a bit of stuff if needed. There wasn't a lot space in the central console area to put stuff. It's easy to park even without a backup camera. I would definitely recommend this car as a inexpensive, reliable, and dependable car that can get the job done.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Great car. I drive about 30 miles a day round trip. Great in city and on the freeway. Stylish great features. Comfortable ride even as a bigger dude.

Service center is always clean and comfortable with respectful staff. Sales team will work you to find the vehicle that fits best with your lifestyle and budget. I shopped around at a couple dealerships in 2022 when I bought my first subaru and the Troy was the first one to make me truly comfortable with the process. Even during the Trade Up process they made sure to keep me within my budget but still find me the crosstrek that I love.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

I had an update on my Colorado that did not complete on its own. I showed an alert to bring to my dealership so that is what I did. Tony was my advisor he kept me up dated and allowed me to reserve a loaner in case there were any issues. Thankfully there was not and my vehicle was returned to me same day. It was a Great experience.

The engine runs quietly. Can choose to use buttons and / or touchscreen for controls. Smooth steering and driving. Luxury materials. Bose speaker system. Great fuel economy.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

We moved to Livonia a few months ago, and when it was time for service on my CRV, I wanted to find an honest Honda dealer--one that wouldn't tack on unnecessary services like a previous dealership did or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I was impressed with Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills from the start. When I discovered I had a scheduling conflict, Sandra (the employee who handles appointments) quickly accommodated me by finding a time later the same day. She was friendly and helpful. Bob Spurgeon, the director who was in charge of my service, was professional and polite. I explained to him that I wanted just an oil change and tires rotated, and that is exactly what was done, with no attempts to tack on any other services or superfluous charges that my husband and I have encountered in some places. Mr. Spurgeon seated us in his office to complete the work order and conversed with us in an amiable way before he showed us to the waiting room. We had been told that the entire appointment might take 1-1/2 hours, which includes a car wash, but it took just a little over a half hour for them to finish the work. The bill matched the estimate we had been given, with no suggestion that any "problems" exist that need attention. The only suggestion I could make is for the person who changes the oil to ask whether or not the owner wants the Oil % indicator to remain on the dash rather than be eliminated. I had to call the dealership later to find out how to shut it off. I didn't want that big Oil Can image to stay on the screen, but I couldn't find clear directions on how to delete it. They did offer to do it for me the next time I am near the dealership if I had any problem with the directions. (I am an elderly female.) At this point, I highly recommend this dealership for the friendly, professional way the employees treat the customer and the efficient way they do the work. We weren't sure where to find a good, honest dealership in this area, but from all indications, I think Suburban Honda is one that is fair and shows personal interest in the customer.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.
