I drove from Philadelphia to see a Toyota Venza which I had been shopping around for quite some time now. 2 Manny's Auto Sales was on my list of places to hit. I was so happy to be driving all the way back to Philly with a new car. I would highly recommend going to them again and even after checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I didn't have to do anything because they took care of all the paperwork. The process was easy, well-organized, and stress-free, which made the whole thing straightforward and convenient.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

We pull behind our 34 foot rv Fiesta is 5 speed manual, no steering wheel lock, puts o miles on when pulling , great fuel economy.

I used to be a Lexus of Rockville Center (LRC) costumer. But with LRC sold to new owners, I discovered New Country Lexus of Great Neck when My ES 350 needed some work. The work was done well and promptly. Joe Reilly, one of their service advisers, is a professional and courteous young man. When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

This fit has good visibility and is very responsive. It is quite comfortable and the gas mileage is excellent. The road hazard alerts are a bit over-reactive and not always accurate but this feature can be deactivated. I love the fit so much that I have bought a second one for family members to use.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!
