John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The only problems I've had with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring, has been the recalls. It's very comfortable and very economical and I love the way it looks. I get a lot of compliments on my Elantra touring.

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.

Just bought a pre-owned 2014 VW Golf and I couldn’t be happier! This thing is FUN to drive - I never understood when people said a car “hugged the road” or felt “sporty” - well now I do! This little thing feels solid, has excellent acceleration, and ia getting great gas mileage. So glad I ditched my expensive SUV. My “downgrade” feels like an “upgrade.”

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

Their professionalism and business reliability stood out during the deal. However, about a week later, I was disappointed to discover that the tires on the car I purchased were leaking. Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 2 in 2016 from the original owner for my son while he was at graduate school at Harvard. I drove it with him from South Carolina to Massachusetts. For a small car, it is very comfortable. I think we calculated that it got about 34 mpq on the highway. It never gave us any trouble. My son recently bought an Audi Q3, ie, the only reason for selling it now.

This car meets and exceeds all needs. It is small but much more roomy than expected on the inside. It comfortably seats 4 people and the heated seats are a huge bonus.
