I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. Eddie and his wife aside from being very nice and great people, are honest, fair, and genuinely care about the cars they sell and the people they are selling them to. I strongly advise anybody looking for a car to shop here. There's a reason why he's been in business so long. got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

Andy did a great job. No high pressure. Knew the product and had the car ready for the test drive and ready for pickup. Paperwork went fast.

Drove all the way from Metro Detroit to Eddie's just to buy one of his cars he had listed. I felt like part of their family even before getting to Eddie's Auto Brokers with how genuine and honest they were. Best price around also!! I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. I would definitely buy from him again. As a customer, we need to be the ones to thoroughly check everything on the vehicle. There’s always some sort of risk involved when buying used, and don’t forget that the condition of the vehicles are due to the upkeep or lack of, by the previous owner. I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Very straight forward and willing to answer all questions even before you ask. This is the main reason I got my Honda Element EX from them. They made it easy for me to make this purchase, quick fast and easy.

Bought the 2012 Veloster shortly after its introduction. It has all of the trim options available, though I never learned to use them. This car has had a lot of pesky recalls, but that is like a lot of vehicles. There have been NO problems for my car, except for an inexpensive part repair in the steering column at about 90K miles. I bought this car because of 1) the great m.p.g., 2) the sporty appearance, and 3) to more easily navigate city traffic. My only complaints are: 1) the seats are not well-padded nor provide lumbar support, but they hold you great when zipping around sharp curves in the mountains, 2) it sits so low to the ground (as sporty cars do), which make it difficult for a tall and older person to get in and out. Those who desire a lot of power would probably be disappointed.

Car was exactly how it was portrayed online. Derek was great and super easy to work with. Drove home in my new car within an hour of pulling on the lot. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely check there first when it comes time to move on from this car.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

They have great low miles and great pricing and great deals on all the vehicles people are gonna be Karens no matter what and leave bad reviews over a $2900 car $5000 car, I have great experiences with them every time highly recommend 💪😎🙏

it is just what i need for the traveling i do. I only need it for short trips to work. The gas mileage is great and I have had no problem. with it.

We had an overall great experience. Our sales person was named William and he was always following up with my questions and needs. Unfortunately, when we received the car, the interior wasn’t clean. William made an effort to clean it himself and try to make it look better. We still had to detail the interior but that isn’t the fault of the dealership more so the original detailer’s job. William took the extra step and helped us with the extra detailing job and ensured we were happy with the purchase. The buying transaction with the financial manager went smooth. Highly recommend this dealership even though there were some issues in the beginning.

Absolutely love the car. The 2.5 is one of my favorite engines, I’m 6’2” and even in the two door it’s one of the comfiest cars I’ve ever driven. 6sp swapped it and threw it on track suspension and the car is an absolute weapon in the mountains. Once you play around in the engine bay a bunch you kinda lose the reliability but she’ll never blow.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

Great car to use for daily commute. Easy to drive and gets good gas mileage. Maintenance cost are low and has been very dependable. Would recommend if you need a small commuter car.
