A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Service was excellent, but my 2024 A4 is in warranty & I was charged $29.35 digital service fee to reboot the Emergency Contact Signal which was continuously displayed on my car’s dash board. I don’t believe that I should be charged for this repair!!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Our salesperson, Randy, was a pleasure to do business with and was very patient with our schedule and availability. I will certainly recommend the dealership and Randy in the future.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

Originally purchased 12 years ago to replace a Honda Civic as a sales vehicle, this car has proven to be the most reliable vehicle I've ever driven with the least amount of maintenance issues. It's also been a lot of fun to drive. The 5 speed manual transmission has provided excellent gas mileage and minimal brake wear. The only real issue I had was with the original radio/CD player not functioning in very cold weather. That I replaced with another model. Having owned this car for 12 years, it runs as well as when it was new.

Ross was wonderful, very attentive,Carol was super sweet and good at her job.Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was to be detailed but as we got it home, seats were dusty, steering wheel was black and greasy. I did it myself. 5⭐'s to all except the detailer, needs retrained. 🤷🏼‍♀️

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I LOVE THIS CAR. It has been extraordinarily reliable. We have owned this car for 10 + years and have had to invest less than 300 dollars in it outside of normal maintence (oil, tires, etc). I would Highly recommend this car to someone looking for a SOUND car, with a beautiful exterior BODY, at a GREAT PRICE.

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Good car for my needs. What it lacks in performance it makes up for in comfort and accessories. The chill zone is awesome for keeping drinks cool on long trips which is a big plus if you have kids. Plenty of cargo space and the seats lay down flat for the bigger loads. All around five stars

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I didn’t expect such a nice and Comfortable car. The trunk area has as much space as our Liberty. For all our town driving it fits our needs. We have the same range as a model 3 Tesla for one third the price. Love the quit and smooth ride!

Most honest and easiest to work with dealership I’ve heard of. I recently purchased a used car with the help of salesman Mark and it was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with car dealerships. Mark was extremely accommodating and responsive. I am out of state so Mark facetimed me and took the car to a local mechanic for a prepurchase inspection for me. Mark even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my vehicle. I’ve been driving my i3 for a little over a month now and I love it. This thing is fast! I love that there is a range extender in it as well. 2.5 gallons of gas will recharge your battery and get you another 80 miles. I also really like that they used recycled materials for the interior. We went to brown county indiana which is an hour 1/2 from where we live, it’s very hilly there, this car charged itself for the most part going down the hills. We drove 15 miles around two lakes and only lost a mile in battery range. Wasn’t until we were almost home that the range extender kicked in. This car is also pretty roomy. 4 people easily and comfortably fit in the car. If you are looking for an inexpensive but quality EV option, I would absolutely recommend the 2019 bmw i3, I’m happy I started my EV journey with this car and plan to only have electric vehicles from this point on.

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I LOVE ❤️ my 2015 Honda CRZ. I drove over 150 miles round trip going to work for years and put over 100,000 miles on it in less than 2 years. Only thing I've had to do is oil changes and tires. I bought it in 2016 and it is still my main driver though I have an Eclipse Jetta & Cruiser. I absolutely 💯 ♥️ it and would recommend it to anyone looking for small gas saving car. It can take corners 65+ mph like driving a go cart. I wish that I could buy a new one in a few years, I think it's one of the best investments I've ever made!!!!! Looking forward to many more 😀 😊 miles and years with mine. I have it personalized with eyelashes puppy 🐶 paws sticker of my Maltipoo Co pilot 😄 always buckeled in her carseat of course decorated every holiday etc. Gives it personality I call her BlueBell. ❤️ 😆
