I usually always ask for Doug Rice and Sergio. Both have been there many years and really are very knowledgeable. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. I just purchased a mini van and the transaction went very well. I worked with Donnie who sold me my prvious car which I used for a trade in. Worked with me on the price as doc fees and other state fees were much higher than 4 years ago and my trade in had tires that would not pass MD inspection. The staff is very helpful and I love that they are rather laid back and not pushy in selling. Very happy with my purchase and will probably purchase from them again in the future. They are definitly A+.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.
