Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

I'm 78 years old and this car is a ball to drive! I love the 6 speed std transmission and the clutch action. My wife's GTI 6 peed manual(2016) clutch is very fussy and is to stall out if you're to weak on throttle! The handling is a blast! Love taking off ramps then merging onto the hwy and accelerating! If you like driving then this is the car for you! I love this car!

Dave made the process super easy. I saw a couple options online, spoke with him on the phone and worked the deal, he FedEx me the paperwork and coordinated shipping. The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

We drove down from Philadelphia because they had the best priced BMW X7 on the market that had the right options for us. The entire transaction took under an hour and a half. We left with an incredible vehicle for the right price. The dealership is gorgeous. Everything looks brand new. The staff is incredible and they have made a customer for life. drives like a sporty spaceship.. feels like levitating on the road. super tight steering, classic bmw feel - sticks to the road, nice turbo feel. if you have the M Sport package, great sporty appearance

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

Options were presented and discussed as such with appropriate dialog to tailor to my specific needs and wants. To achieve similar outcomes would take hours of hard negotiation, heated arguments, and yes i've walked out before after the fifth time someone has to “go talk to the manager” or other attrition tactics. It was a clear and transparent process, conducted with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and at fair market value. 4 month update: car finally came in and again process wrapped up in about 50 min; a few administrative signatures to update financials, a quick walkthrough of the car, the finance manager Alex was professional and courteous; offering me all the add on options nothing but professional explanation of what is on offer and cost to monthly and total. Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.
