I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

It's easy. They do all of the work. No pressure on suggestions of maintenence to be performed.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Myles the sales person was very helpful he bent over backwards to help us find a truck he was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Glen came out and spoke with us and gave us the pros and cons of buying a new truck or used we decided on the new truck and thanks to the finance guy.

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? I owned a 2019 Golf R and recently traded for a new 2024 Golf R. My 2019 was a 6 speed manual, but I’ve finally gave in and bought the 2024 with the automatic. I always loved shifting, but getting a little older so thought it was time.
