The overall service was good but I have a few complaints.. Wehad a 10:00 am appt. Brought in on time. We assumed about 4hrs. So we left and called in later. 4 hrs. Later we called in and they had not started. No call to tell us. We called around 5:00 and car would not be done until the next day so we wasted the whole day hanging around. We live in Park City and we had to make another trip. Also coolant was low and not check after review. We have bought 8 Subarus their and facilitated is a bit in disarray.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

I have been a customer for about 12 years. The dealership has sold me 2 compact cars. One truck and a 2016 Chev Equnox. This car has been my favorite. This dealer is the best in the State. I have all repairs and maintenance done there. They are superbly courteous to customers and do excellent work. I always get my vehicle back when promised and the have always done the work I have requested. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet. I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

This week, I bought a KIA Soul from Jerry Seiner KIA Salt Lake—my 3rd KIA through Jeffrey. He is patient answering many questions, offers suggestions so I can choose a car fitting my needs & budget. Jeff makes sure I have the best deal that he can offer. Matt in KIA Salt Lake service department is always helpful & honest. During the 3 or 4 times a year, I go. With no pressure from him (unless there is danger from worn brake pads or tire treads). Matt makes sure I have in everything in writing including estimated costs for my warranty, & to keep my car running for many years. He makes sure I agree to the price and that the service is done exactly right. A special deal with an oil change--hey will do a safety inspection with a narrated video and a written checklist showing the condition of the car. Even with a KIA dealership much closer to my home, I drive extra miles to Salt Lake KIA because of employees I can trust and who care about me as a person--not as just another customer.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)
