I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

After my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car walked into Jaffarian Volvo Narek greeted me told him i was there to look at the Acua TLX 2015 they had on the lot drove it and finished the deal withing a hour . The whole process was easy,simple and smooth. great group of people finance team is great as well.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. I took my daughter to Toyota of Braintree to check out Toyota Camry's. This was her first time looking to purchase a car. We ran into salesman Gerry Gorham who could not have been more helpful. We were just there to browse, however, we walked away in one hour with the purchase of a new SE Camry that exceeded our expectations. A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

Excellent, Great economical vehicle over 40 mpg All highway use.It's move's a little on a windy day,but still over 40mpg @68-70mph. It works great for me as i commute 155miles per day.

We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

Went in there with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. test drove the 2019 Toyota Camry and I immediately knew I wanted it. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
