They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! I really love this car. I drive it to work everyday and can charge it every other day. I’m in Los Angeles and drive highways and streets into Hollywood. I’ve even driven down from Pasadena to Orange County. When there’s tons of traffic it’s pretty easy to get there and then charge. I have a Tesla p100d as well and for practical ness the Ford is unassuming and gets me to work without any pretense. No majors problems. A few recalls but it was all covered. Bought mine with 800 miles on it from Galpin and it came with lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Not sure if it covers the battery. Pretty respectable real world local range. Trunk space is hindered by battery but that’s why I have other cars to haul stuff.

They quickly responded when I inquired about the availability of one of their listings. Nothing more occurred between us because I chose not to pursue a deal.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 328xi from Midnight Auto Racing and I have to say I don't think the experience I received could of been better. Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

Got this car in 2017 with 80k miles. In the spring summer and fall the car got about 35-39 mpg. In the winter it went to a low of 32 mpg. Saved tons on gas only filling up the roughly 8 gal tank once a month. The ride is fun just straight fun! The handling feels fantastic in total control at all times! It both rides like and feels like a go kart right turns and fast acceleration. Don’t be fooled by the small engine the car can easily reach 60 mph and above and maintain it. Would highly revoke this car for anyone looking for something 10k or under that is looking for a car that while being not too expensive looks unique and high end. Plenty of trunk space almost a deceiving amount with adjustable “back seat”. There is a “back seat” but without seatbelts it is not legal to have passengers l. With surround sound the speakers have quality sound that goes all around the car and sound nice. Personally put the car through tough circumstances driving it through dirt rounds in the winter up a mountain and it handled beautifully despite not being made for that at all. Performs best on back roads where speed limit is 30-50 mph. Objectively I would say that the only downsides are there are only two seats but being small can have pros too and the cold weather and the car being particularly electric the battery depletes semi often. Also on some models or maybe all (idk I only had one model) the lights are not automatic and and there will be a beep sometimes if you leave them on when the keys are out but there have been times when it did not and I left the lights on. But all in all the car is quick, fast, stable, and more reliable and sturdy then it seems. Again the handling feels amazing and works wonders in corners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bang for your buck.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

The most reliable car that I have ever own it has 109000k miles and runs perfect, never had a mechanical problems, is rummy inside for fitting things and also has leg and head room. The sits folds giving you lots of space. Is just a GREAT car.

Hello - Dale W/Service was great and was kept me updated on progress as well. I was shown where the holes are to unclog sunroof to unclog myself once a month! But, I was not told if my vehicle 2014 Hyundai was on the list of recalls to fix for theft??! So, I still don't know. Thanks!!

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

This is a fuel efficient and modest car. It achieves 98hp has a 9 gallon tank and an automatic transmission. The LS has crank windows and old fashioned key-lock doors. You can haul a reasonable load in the back seat and hatch or even three other people, though it might be somewhat cramped. It appears to be designed for urban commuters, but I've driven it some decent distances and in all seasons now and it seems to up the challenge of all weather and (paved) terrains. The onboard technology (radio, backup camera, and internet connectivity--with Apple Play and Android Auto) is surprisingly good. Its small size makes it fit easily into small spaces. It was discontinued in 2022, so there should be parts for awhile and prices are coming down. If you need a second car, give this one some consideration.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

Went with my son to buy a new car for him because he wrecked his last one. This was the only place I could find a Honda CR-V in a manual transmission. Bought it and a couple months down the line absolutely no issues with it. My son is very happy with his new car and my money was well spent on a car that is very reliable.

Pretty good little car. Limited room interior expected but room to put lots of bags etc in. Ignition went out 40k mlies expensive to repair several hundred bucks and key 150 dollars. One key. Wish passenger door had lock but only get one lock for key on entire car that is driver side. All in all good car .Air bag recall never have done yet dealer to far away.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I purchased my 2010 versa sedan automatic used with 132,000 miles for $4,000 tax, title and tags. It now has 201,000 miles and going. Yes I have had strut, breaks and motor mount issues along the way totaling around $2,000 separately and some warning lights stay on at all times but this has been the most reliable car for the least money I have ever spent. Gas mileage around 25 mpg enough comfort for an easy 250 mile trip the cruise control no longer works nor the horn but everything else still in working order. Some clear coat issues on the paint but maybe not for showing it’s definitely for going most importantly no transmission issues which have been reported less invasive in this model year.
