I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I recently bought a 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport that I found on Cars from Muller's and I am beyond satisfied. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

Unlike prior versions of the Prius, my 2024 Prius is a REAL car. It has plenty of power (196 hp), handles very well, and looks sharp (eliciting many positive comments). I am getting gas mileage between 45 and 55 MPG, with one reading in excess of 60 MPG on the highway at 60 MPH and cruise control on. Downside is that the rear seat may be too small for large adults and the trunk is on the smaller side, but the rear seats fold, so not a problem for most shopping forays. BTW, I am 6'4" tall and have over an inch and one-half headroom. I consider this a great automobile if you don't need an SUV. Good work Toyota!

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.
