I?ve had so many issues from this dealership since I?ve purchased my vehicle. Brought it in a few times and always had terrible service with poor communication. This last time bringing in my vehicle Megan (service advisor) has been a great redemption to what I thought of this place. She has always been super friendly, straightforward, and on top of that with great communication. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers and this was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Dave is finance was awesome, he was so fair with pricing and worked hard to find the best rate and gave me breaks on pricing for the add ons to ensure my families bronco stayed on great condition long after I left the lot. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I was looking at a used Toyota Tacoma they had. Unfortunately, it sold while I was driving to the dealership, but Codey texted me when he found out that someone had scheduled an appointment before me (I live 1.5 hours away) to allow me to decide if I still wanted to come or wait to see if it sold. I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

Was ok . just couldnt find what was in my budget . needed something for around 1500 cash without a lot of major issues. Since my credit needs help getting cleared up and the fact im not working i wouldnt be able to afford payments

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

In the past we owned a 2013 328. Loved that car. Purchased this 2019 430i a week ago. It’s basically the exact same car inside as it was in 2013. No real complaints, if it works it works I guess. Car still very comfortable and stylish looking. Handles very well, good power with the 2.0t. Look forward to having this car for years to come

Purchased as a CPO 08/01/19 to replace our leased 2016 528i. Black/black Sport Line trim w HK stereo & Exec pkg (heads up display, gesture controls, soft-close doors & parking assistant). Incredibly comfortable, whether commuting to work or on a road trip. Slightly higher seating position, but still drives like a luxury car. It definitely feels like they have underrated the horsepower. Combine that with x-drive, and great seats, and this thing feels unstoppable. I have only seen one on the road; the 2-year production run will ensure it remains a unicorn. Minor complaints: wind noise from the large sunroof and frameless door windows. Definitely not as quiet as the 528i w luxury pkg. Also has blind spots to the rear and can be a handful to park. Get the 360’ camera (comes w pkg pkg) and the upgraded stereo. You won’t regret it!

Ive owned a FWD 2006 pontiac vibe for 12 years , its run flawless ( standard battery and belts replaced ) its THE most RELIABLE car Ive ever owned in 55 years of owning cars!!! ( had about 7 cars in those years ) its rugged, drives well and semi comfortable .. visibility is tops and the hatch back room is great ! Best of all this car Never Dies ...current mileage is 278,000 miles runs great

Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville! Juele went above and beyond answering the questions I had about a CPO vehicle they had for sale. I was 50 miles away in IL, so we couldn't easily pop in to check it out. We were very sensitive to things like ex-smoker vehicles, and Juele went out to the vehicle, running the A/C, and looking for stains. I could hear the car running in the background as she checked (and it was not a smokers vehicle). Then when I was able to come into the dealership on the weekend, it was pulled into a bay inside since it was threatening rain that morning. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicle. When it came to negotiating the deal, there was some back and forth on price and trade that was very amicable, and they were very willing to send me detailed OTD price before I drove out there. We ironed out the remaining details when I was there, without a lot of the normal "salesmanship/posturing" most dealers do. And all along the way, Juele and their team were calling out any "gotchas" that may come up with an IL person buying from IN dealer, which was very appreciated. The rest of the tean there, from the finance manager to other sales people, were very friendly and no nonsense. For any future friends and family, I'd steer them to this team for their next purchases in a heartbeat.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

My service advisor Lili Avina was amazing. She kept me updated on my vehicle the entire time it was in service. For every issue I’ve ever had she’s always has a solution! Definitely recommend her and will go to her for all of my vehicle needs.
