Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

Dropped off the truck, they serviced, I picked up, all good. In this day and age, good service is few and far between, thank you.

Bought it used. Great car, reliable. Really fuel efficient and has good traction. I wish it had an additional 6inches of ground clearance and a 2.2liter engine.

Originally purchased 12 years ago to replace a Honda Civic as a sales vehicle, this car has proven to be the most reliable vehicle I've ever driven with the least amount of maintenance issues. It's also been a lot of fun to drive. The 5 speed manual transmission has provided excellent gas mileage and minimal brake wear. The only real issue I had was with the original radio/CD player not functioning in very cold weather. That I replaced with another model. Having owned this car for 12 years, it runs as well as when it was new.

This car meets my needs with plenty of legroom, great fuel mileage, sporty look, and realizability, and dependability. Looking forward to owning this one for a long time.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Very straight forward and willing to answer all questions even before you ask. This is the main reason I got my Honda Element EX from them. They made it easy for me to make this purchase, quick fast and easy.

As for the haters out there who say this car is a piece of junk, I would bet you didn't do proper maintenance. I used full synthetic Mobile One oil and a Mobile One filter. This car and I had a daily total commute of over 200 miles. I worked in Rural Mississippi in the middle of the night a I would consistently run at 90 mph. I replaced two ignition control modules and an alternator as well as Tires, battery and oil. It never left me stranded and multiple trips to Colorado and back, I always felt secure. For extra power I just dropped it into 3 from drive and this little car would jump up and get going. I'm 5'11" and I weigh 235 lbs, I was very comfortable. At 377,000 miles I hit a deer. I was living in NH at the time and it wouldn't pass inspection. I purchased it with 3 miles on the odometer. The junked price was $1200. This car easily would have made it to 500,000 or more.

Briefly: Comfortable with great seats. Superb design inside and out. Huge trunk with a wide opening, so I can fit my Cannondale road bicycle in easily (just removing the wheels),a huge plus for me: no rack needed, bike is out of sight. Reliable over 8+ years. Mileage around Boston traffic is @22mpg only. Automatic transmission is about flawless, and has plenty of power. It's noisy on acceleration if I'm asking for Zoom, but easily does the jump-ahead. Recently a passenger (one of 2) remarked at how zippy it felt. Easy to select a gear manually, which is terrific. I can select 2nd gear for my s-l-o-w-l-y getting it up on my ramps to do my oil changes. Also, in snow or slippery conditions, starting is a self-selected 2nd gear reduces slippage. Only negatives: I HATE that as soon as the car is put into Park, all doors automatically unlock and the dome light comes on. Very NOT safe in any environment. I have to instantly relock the doors from the driver armrest lock button. An exhaust emissions cannister needed replacement, but covered under my warranty! Battery has needed replacement twice. Original lasted 5 years. "Kia" replacement battery had poor lifespan, just over 3! Most of the indicator lamps (tail lights, brake, etc. are accessible and need to be because the bulbs don't last a long time. But, I have 108,000 miles, so that's lost of bulb "on" time. There is a difficult-to-reach front side marker bulb. A person with small, dexterous hands can get to it its fixture, which presents a wide 'tab' end to grasp and turn. There is NO NEED to pull the headlight unit, as one garage mechanic told me he'd have to do. It took a young tech at my dealer (Herb Chambers, Burlington MA) just minutes to replace the bulb. The car has been just a total pleasure to own and drive. Oh: the base radio has a CD player! The sound of the system is pretty crappy compared with my earlier Mazda sedan, but it works. Steering wheel up/down buttons control everything with ease. Tuner allows saving 12 stations under the 6 buttons.

I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. Eddie and his wife aside from being very nice and great people, are honest, fair, and genuinely care about the cars they sell and the people they are selling them to. I strongly advise anybody looking for a car to shop here. There's a reason why he's been in business so long. My 2012 Volt was purchased brand new on Groundhogs Day, 2012, and is now 14 years old! Knock on wood, I've not had any issues with it except a tire that doesn't hold air as well as the other 3 tires. And once all of the dashboard lights came on to “Check engine”. Turns out that the computer system in the car needed to be updated, and that was that. I mainly run it on electricity around town and to nearby areas, so the mileage is in the mid-50's. However, it has been driven numerous times from Ohio to Raleigh, NC, to the Outer Banks several times, to Maryland many times, and to the Adirondacks, and often to the Cleveland Airport. So it has been driven decent miles using gasoline as well. My mpg on gasoline is typically 42, but that can vary if driving over mountains vs flat land or city driving vs country roads. It has been a very comfortable car for me. The only downside has been that heated steering wheels were not offered back then. That is the only feature that I wish it had. I've put the backseats down and over the years have transported a kayak, a bicycle, and several other large items. So useful! Heated seats make me so warm that I rarely turn on the actual car heater, which of course, helps save the battery in winter. In the winter, my mileage has been 32 miles on complete battery. But this year, it's gone down to 29 as the battery is aging. However, in the Summer, I easily get 45-50 miles. Your mpg also depends on how you drive the car. I'm not heavy-footed and tend to coast toward a red light rather than gun it then slam on my brakes. What a waste of energy! The battery regenerates while coasting, so I often will coast down hills, too. The Volt has plenty of power if in a situation where you really need a quick blast to get out of a dangerous situation — especially if running on battery. It can be up to 60 in no time! BTW, the Volt's body has held up beautifully! It looks like a new car. It has never been garaged and has sat outside in the elements for the past 14 years. My plan is to run it for many more years until issues begin to arise. But at 55,000, she's still a young pup with lots more vim and vinegar. Fingers crossed! I only wish Chevy had not converted the Volt assembly line to trucks. I think they did the general public a disservice by discontinuing them. I would buy another one if they came back.

Everyone always has something to say about the early modle of the caliber the 07'. I have not a single issue with my Caliber Mechanically since I've owned it. With just absolutely basic preventive maintenance this car has been more reliable than anything I've owned previous from the private market. So long as you don't run it into the ground by not preforming proper and needed maintenance. This car is awesome. It has amazing options for aftermarket speakers by providing not one, not two, but four 6"x9" door speakers. Which I personally have installed some keenwood 5-way 650w peak speakers in. I had to make absolutely no modifications to the wiring, install an amp, or replace the factory head unit to get an amazing sound. The amazing part about it is the fold down seats. Though as a whole the car is compact with the added feature you are able to fit quite a lot in the hatch. I own the SE and have had absolutely no mechanical issues with it. Amazing car with amazing features so long as you care about your vehicles

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I really Love my Toyota Prius. It’s Great on Gas and easy on the eyes. They don’t make them like this anymore. I enjoy driving to Las Vegas often and it’s only possible in the Prius.
