This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

They kept us there wayyy too long. But ultimately they were nice and we got a good car at a good price.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Prompt and efficient service. My check engine light was on and the service department replaced a malfunctioning indicator at no cost to me.

This car meets all my needs. I especially like the new safety features like parking sensors, automatic parking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure alert, pre-collision system, a rear cross traffic alert and a cruise control which will slow the car down when the vehicle in front of you slows down. Since I have owned it for only a month, I cannot comment on maintenance or repairs.

This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I own the most bear bones version and it works like a charm, with the manual 30mpg is easily achievable. Steering at low speeds feels like you are the car. Pedals are responsive and the suspension can handle just about anything. Highly recommended for a cheap daily.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Once again Napoli came through for me I was able to trade my 2019 Optima that I bought from them they paid my loan and put me in a 2025 Seltos the perfect car for me. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Courtney was very busy at the time when I came in to have my truck dropped off. But she took care of me right away with no problem. Courtney kept me updated on everything that was going on. Courtney is very good at what she does. And the rest of the staff is very helpful and professional

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.
