Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Moe and Sam were great, friendly, honest and stayed after hours in order to meet with me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months in and around where I live (Pittsburgh, PA). After speaking to them about a car they had listed for sale, they stayed late. I drove a hour and a half to meet them. Drove the car, loved it. They held the car for me and I came back up to New Castle the following weekend and purchased the vehicle. They are also did my plates, title and registration all in one visit. They DO NOT charge any dealers fees to purchase from them which is a rare find and a pleasure to learn. If you are in the market for a great quality used car, go see them, it is worth the trip no matter how far you have to drive.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I have been searching for a few months for a car. This is my first car purchase and it was a very simple and easy transaction. The two people running the lot/shop are very nice and honest people who seem to actually take care of the cars they get. They also have a carfax for every vehicle on their website. Also with cars not on the site but you'd have to visit the lot. They helped me with everything I needed and I would defiantly purchase another car from them! Highly recommend!!

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. The wife, myself and kids drove in a week ago for a reliable second car. After a short test drive with the owner ? midnight motors (during which haggling was done) a few issues were pointed out with the car. Paperwork was completed and money changed hands. But the story (Review does not stop there). The issues pointed out by Midnight Racing Auto were spot on and have be resolved. With a planned visit to their service department next week to them for new tires. We are very pleased with the purchase and staff at midnight motors. Yes we read the bad review out there before going and remain glad it did stop us from giving them a chance. Midnight Racing Auto will be doing all future service & Sales on this car and our others! ? Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.
