Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.

I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Service was done in a timely manner with courtesy and smiles. Oil change, tire rotation and a wash made for a good car day. No breakfast treats, but the hot chocolate was wonderful! Thank you!
