So blessed to have found this place. I wanted a white porsche panamera for under 35K. They didn't have one in stock but I put a $500 deposit down and they found me one in 4 days. Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
Everything about Park Place Lexus made the experience enjoyable. From the greeting at the front desk and introduction to a knowledgeable Sale Associate you will find every step in the process very comfortable.
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
Very, VERY friendly staff. Made me & my fiance' feel at home. Took us through the buying process in a fast yet understandable way. Easygoing people. Even took off $50 buks for travel. I recommend.... Would give ten stars if I could. Will be back soon for that cuv...
Started out online by completing a credit app. The sales team was quick to respond and made the entire process very easy. I actually think the time I spent at the dealership is the least amount of time I have EVER had to spend! Karen was very courteous and really took a lot of the pressure off the entire buying process. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience!! I???d definitely do business with again!
I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
