Purchase will ultimately be about $200 more than the listed price after I pay VA tax, title and tag fees. Don't know if that has to do with me being a VA buyer purchasing in NC or not. Regardless the vehicle is great and just what I was looking for at the price range I needed. Their office mascot Cooper the Basset Hound will show you around the place. Everyone was super nice and I appreciate that very much. Just waiting on title to come in the mail so I can finalize everything.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Recently we purchased a Ford Expedition at Impex. Nasser was not high pressure and did what was necessary to make sure we were happy. The entire buying process was easy and very pleasant. I will recommend this company to my friends and tell them to ask for Nasser! Thank you so much for being so respectful and professional.
Another great experience. Third car family has purchased, with great satisfaction. Wonderful family owned, well established and knowledgeable business. The price you see is the price you pay, no strange fees added. Great deal, and great car, thank you!
Had the best experience with this dealership! I found the car I wanted online and called the dealership about it. Mark York was the salesman to help me with it and he was fantastic. He answered all my questions with what I felt was sincere honesty and let me take my time looking over the car and driving it. The whole time I was at the dealership he was polite and never pushy. We showed up 45 mins before the dealership closed and didn't leave until 8:30 or so and not one time did anyone make us feel rushed or hurried out the door. All the people that were there took their time with us and were just wonderful. Went back the next day to pick it up and asked to look at the car one more time and drive it again. Mark again was so polite and took me back out in the car and continued to answer my questions. Came back signed papers and was done within 20 mins. Bryan the finance guy was fantastic as well! Before leaving Mark took time to show me exactly how to work all the controls in the car. Mark was outstanding and one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. As a note - I told him from the get go I needed a car with good gas mileage since I drive around 100 miles a day and he assured me the accord I was looking at got excellent MPG. Well he did not lie..coming to work today I got 36.6 mpg!!! Already 100% in love with my new car. :) Thank you so much to everyone I spoke with at Burlington Honda for making my experience the best one I've ever had with a dealership! You have gained a life long customer! A special thank you to Mark York for your fantastic service, you rock!
