My overall experience at Huntington Honda couldn???t have gone any better! Shaik Mohammad and John Dumankaya were so helpful and didn???t peer pressure us at all. They helped us out with buying my wife???s car back in May and now when it was my turn a couple days ago they made it a perfect experience. I couldn???t be more happier with everything!
This past weekend we stopped into Baron Honda to look into a used hybrid. We were met by Bobby who gave us his card. The vehicles were a bit out of our price range, so we decided to shop around. After a terrible experience at a different car dealership where we met with somebody who made the experience very high pressure and uncomfortable, we decided to head back to Baron and meet with Bobby. He came in to meet us on his day off and had us take our time with the car we were looking into. He gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss anything we needed to discuss about the car in private. Far enough away for privacy, yet close enough to answer any questions we had. After deciding to purchase the car, we had an absolute NO PRESSURE experience. He let the car sell itself and answered any questions that we had. It was the PERFECT car buying experience. I would highly recommend Bobby to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
North Shore Honda honored the TrueCar.com average price for the vehicle we were interested in, despite the fact we did not have the certified report from TrueCar. No haggling. No attempt to persuade us to buy more or different. No high pressure antics to take the car sooner rather than later. The only caveat we would add is that we were buying a Clarity PHEV which qualifies for a New York State rebate at the point of sale. Unbeknownst to us, the TrueCar.com price North Shore Honda honored included the rebate in the net sales price. We thought we would get the rebate AFTER we agreed on a sales price with North Shore Honda. All that being said, the price was still a good one, and North Shore Honda made the entire process as close to painless as possible. We liked that they accepted the down payment and the last few hundred dollars of the purchase price by credit card. Henry Neil was our salesman, and he was endlessly patient, answering all questions with full information and a good sense of humor.
When I first got to the dealership at first I was a little skeptical. But everyone at the place was friendly and awesome. Damien was the person who helped me and he was great from start to finish to pulling out of the lot with my new (used) car. I would recommend friends family and anyone who is looking to find a nice luxury automobile at a really affordable price. These guys will make sure you leave with the car you want at the price you want. Thanks Guys.
Greenwich Honda has always been great to work with. They are consistently super friendly and knowledgeable, and make it a pleasure to visit for sales or service.
Last week, however, they completely outdid themselves.
I stopped by after work because my key was not working correctly. Even though they were on their way out they made me feel totally welcome. They stayed made sure that my small but time-consuming issue was fixed correctly and that I was safe before leaving for the day. I can't thank them enough!!!

I initially went to Hillside Honda to look for a vehicle and get an idea on prices. Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.

Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.
