I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
I was initially looking at Honda Civics from Walser while also planning on looking at used Toyota Corollas. Dan Husbands did an excellent job showing me all my options. He even drove with us all the way to the Toyota dealership to look at Corollas and back to my house to for us to get the old car I wanted to trade in. He was very kind and patient throughout the whole process of me purchasing my first car! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. Andrew Weist was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. One of my biggest pet peeves are pushy salesman. Andrew was anything but that. He was helpful and patient. He seemed like he really wanted to help us figure our what we were looking for. Jeremy Young assisted us with the financing and was the perfect compliment to the level of service that Andrew started us off with. What a team! Jamie Kohn helped over the phone with some e-pricing and differences between models before we visited the dealership. She was very educational and friendly. We desperately needed to replace our thirteen year old minivan. Collette was extremely helpful, kept to our budget, and provided us with honest answers. The used vehicle options and certified pre-owned options were plentiful. We will be recommending Inver Grove Honda to anyone we know who is in the market for a new vehicle.

My husband and I went to a couple dealerships before going to Inver Grove Honda but didn???t receive the same hospitality we did here. My husband needed to trade his Jeep that we had purchased only 7 months ago for a truck. Since the Jeep was brand new we were upside down with the negative equity. Our salesman Moe did a great job helping us get a great deal on their slightly used Ford truck they had on the lot. Moe was extremely professional and made us feel at ease. He even bought us food from next door while we waited! Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone we know!
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
My wife and I enjoyed working with John Mulligan. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and assisted us with knowing how to operate our car. It was a wonderful experience and we are truly satisfied with our purchased.

We bought our 1st VW there when we lived in Wisconsin. Then we moved to Texas and we drove all the day to Minnesota to purchase our Golf Wagen 4Motion. You might ask why? In Texas, we have VW dealerships but not as friendly, professional and with a staff who helps you to have the best deal. We had only four days to bring the car home and the staff they gave us a great car with an awesome deal. We had a good time and a fun trip. We would drive again for our next VW.
I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.
My first new car service trip, ever. Very professional and cautiously expedient. Like a controlled, chaos. I was left impressed how everybody worked together. The facilities are nice. I can't come with any bit of a negative comment. They even washed my car....
We worked with Colton Smith and Kevin Honeycutt to drive away in our new (to us) Ford Flex. The experience was wonderful and they took care of us. We drove from Indiana because this was the only location with our desired vehicle in our desired color and much more!
