ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY
The service was good at first but after I backed out, they just ignored my request to get deposit back... The sales asked me to talk to front desk and front desk asked me to talk to sales. Very disappointed.
Nick was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and very fast. He got us in an out without the prolonged negotiations. We were very happy with the car we got and the deal that went with it. I would/ recommend Nick to everyone i know

excellent ride, very sturdy and will last forever, smells like brand new, leather interior, beautiful vehicle, highly recommend this for a small family or single person.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
So far so good. Nothing major.

I bought this car with 32K miles on it. No major issues as of right now. The car handles well, and exterior design is appealing.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Love this car! It picks up when you need it, the rear view camera always comes in handy. & pretty much good in almost any weather.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car satisfied my needs. And it's beautiful both interior and exterior, I would like recommend this car to my friends. But there is some noise for this car.
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

So far it’s a wonderful car. I replaced a 2004 CRV that I had purchased new. If this car performs as well as the CRV - I’ll be delighted. I had a Honda for 14 years and it was the best car I’ve ever owned.
The car shop was very good, answering all my questions about the car, replacing some of the car parts, and helping me wash the car for free

Have been searching for a 2 or 3 year old car for a while. Normally I’m a Toyota guy but the new ones are just plain ugly with their Cheshire Cat grill. Honda is sharp looking, comfortable and great on gas. So far so good
Brah helped us out a lot. He made us feel so comfortable from the beginning and made me getting the car easy. He knew the features on my car and said call him if we forget anything. Ask for michael allen.

Awesome car,look and feel. Very spacious. Feels luxurious yet very economic vehicle. Never had any trouble. Has warranty up to next year. Has auto start, great sound system, power windows, power seats, heating seats, Bluetooth connectivity.
Walking around the showroom we had multiple salesman walk right pass us and at first it was discouraging but that changed when we met one. His name was Michael Allen and he treated us like family and even gave us his personal phone number to contact him at anytime. This is definently the type of person I would recommend to all my family,friends and coworkers.
I walked into the dealership and no one was on the sales floor. I was passed several times with no greeting by who I thought were salesmen since they were wearing the polo shirt with their insignia and they just went to their office. I waited for ten minutes and decided to leave. Guess they didn't want to sell me a car today.
I walked in and George asked if I needed help. I asked him what I was looking for and I found the RX350 I wanted. He made the process easy and painless. All questions answered up front. He did what he said he would do. Took my car back for the detail and my day light went out a day after purchased. THEY FIXED IT. David in service was professional and completed the work on time. I'm very happy with my experience. Ask for George in sales or David in Service.
