I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.
We came in with certain preferences and Matt worked his magic and was able to find at least 6 cars that we liked. We ended up leaving with the Malibu and he was very excellent, patient, and helpful throughout the process.

We purchased a used Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter. The process was the easiest I have ever been through buying a car. We had some issues with insurance which caused us to have to redo all of the paperwork later in the day. They were willing to help us out with this issue and it was amazing. I definitely will return when in need of my next vehicle!
Kudos to Bill Messick and his team for the excellent service given to my daughter and I after her car broke down and was in need of an economical, safe vehicle. After calling many dealerships, getting the run around and pressure to buy, I was pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail, his genuine concern (when we were late for our appointment), for our safety and his overall professionalism.
In addition he assisted in making sure the tire pressure in my car (which a warning light would go on and off about) was looked at. They found a nail in my tire and repaired it at no charge. Even though the dealership is pretty far away, such excellent customer service will make us long time customers.
I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.
We have purchased four cars from Ted at Marion Auto Sales and that is all that really needs to be said. If that is not enough then maybe it’s because we appreciate his honesty, knowledge, no pressure sales, and quality inventory of cars. It’s refreshing that he’s not out to just make a sale but really cares about your needs and finding a match that you will be happy with and if it’s not on the lot he will find it for you. It’s a very down to earth, comfortable atmosphere too that makes you just want to sit down and talk for awhile. He is a huge supporter of 4H and belongs to several organizations in town. He is definitely the first place I look for a used car! Quality person, quality cars!
I asked about the truck that I was interested and they got back to me real quick on it. Went over that day looked at it drove it and bought it. Thanks for the good deal.
