We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.
Brock and his entire staff were amazing! They welcomed questions and were able to answer all of them. Brock and I reviewed the available RAV4s and then reviews the carfax of the one I was interested in. We discussed price and trade in value w/o the least bit of pressure. It was a discussion compared to a huge dealer I was at earlier in the day where I felt like I was held prisoner until I bought a car. With Brock and staff it was an enjoyable experience!
These guys GET IT!!! I've never worked with a more easy going bunch of guys! No pressure, great selection, and best buy I have ever made!! They pride themselves on being the best deal on the internet and they always are.. this is my 3rd car that I've purchased from Hedberg Solomon and I'll be back. I've always had a very positive and prompt service on my vehicle. Friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things to me. Vehicle maintenance can be something you put off because you don't want to deal with it - I don't feel this way when working with Brent Brown Toyota Service Department.
Vey attentive staff & they all work so well together as a team. Riley was amazing & so patient with me as I spent 2 hours test driving several Honda Civics till I found just the right one for me. She was more than willing to answer all my questions. She even texted me the next day to follow up on a slow leak in a tire. She told me to bring the car back the next day & they would put a new one on. That's awesome customer service! I did a lot of looking to make sure I got the best value & high quality vehicle. They have best prices & even got my interest rate down from the 4.24% my credit union gave to 3.99% & still had the loan with my credit union. Their service & attention to the customer is unbeatable!!
There was excellent communication with this dealership over the internet. They offer good prices on their vehicles and it appears to me that people will not get ripped off with a purchase. I was looking for a great deal on a car like the one they had for sale. Their pricing was better than most dealers with similar cars, but I was able to find a similar car at that great deal I was looking for at another dealership. If you are unwilling to deal with sales talk to get a good deal, then this is a place to consider. I also liked that they have no hidden dealer fees to add into the price.
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
Jack and Carlos were awesome! No pressure yet they were there when you needed them. My only complaints are the wait time to find out how much my trade in would be. Then after purchasing my car they fixed the tire pressure and took it on a test drive, while I was waiting he picked up lunch and ate in my new car and made a mess! Other then that I have a great car at a fantastic price!
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.
