Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kempthorn in Canton Ohio and I have always purchased the service package with my new vehicles. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to make a scheduled appointment to have the regular service performed. 2 weeks out for a regular service is absolutely absurd! And that is not a morning appointment I requested. I am only told that there is "Nothing available". My previous vehicles with a different brand and dealer have always been able to get me in with out an appointment with their "Quick Lane". Its a shame (or sham) I cannot get my recommended service done at a dealer that has a quick lane but all appointments are blocked out! Looks like I will have to make a change again away from VW. The only reason for the 3 stars would be for the sales. My salesman took the time with each of my purchases and when I picked up my cars, we went through a very in depth review of the vehicle. Too bad I cannot get it serviced
Serra bought Park Auto in 2017 and although many Park employees are still there, the overall management is clearly different and more oriented to corporate sales instead of customer satisfaction. My recent purchase experience showed they are no longer the same company that I respected and trusted in the past. My suggestion is to shop more carefully and compare other dealers.
I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and went into this dealership several times over the past few months and was never disappointed. The salesman Alex Maurer met with me each time to help me figure out all the features and add in I wanted while staying within my budget. He was very upfront and honest, never pushy, and really took the time to find out what I wanted. After several months, and a lot of work and effort on his part, he found what I wanted for the price I wanted as well. I was in and out and didn’t have to spend an entire day going back and forth on the price. He and the finance team worked really hard when I was not there to work out the deal I wanted so all I had to do was come in, sign paperwork. He took the time to fully go over all the features of my new vehicle and how to use them. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this dealership after the experience I had!

My experience with Park Auto was most excellent. Sales rep Johhnie Criss was very professional as was Mike the finance manager. I'm very pleased with how the entire transaction went along with the follow up after the purchase was made.
Excellent up front pricing on a car I came to check out. Fran and Denny were extremely helpful and had the car ready for delivery quickly. I paid cash for the car I purchased as an "AS IS" with no inferred warranty, but found the A/C had completely failed within 50 miles or so, and 24 hours. Even though they did not have to, they fixed the A/C at their expense. I very much appreciate them taking responsibility and understanding the value of the car decreased by 20% overnight. Again.. this was never going to be something they HAD to do legally, and it was a very expensive thing to fix for no cost to me. They felt like they could have spent more time in the car before selling it to me, or checked it out a little better. Very thankful for the price I paid for a good used car. Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Montrose Ford Lincoln and had a great experience. Super quick responses from the sales team (Dave) especially because we were coming from out of town. They made the buying process quick and easy.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
My experience was amazing!! I was in need of a vehicle in a short amount of time, I visited the dealership and spoke with Arizona and Zack and they helped me find the perfect car for a great price. When I came to pick it up, Zack already had it pulled around front for me, showed me all the features that came with the vehicle and how to use them. The paperwork process was quick, easy, and smooth!! So far I’ve only needed an oil change and tire rotation and they supplied the first oil change on them!! I am so happy with my vehicle as well as the amazing service from this location!!!
I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from Great Lakes! I had such an awesome experience. My car sales lady Julia was very informative she knew exactly what I wanted this was the first suv I drove and I knew it was the one. The buying process was simple and quicker than expected and everyone answered my questions with no hesitation!

I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
