Brent acknowledged me right away with a smile and a hand shake! That meant a lot since I was by myself and haven't shop for car in 14 years. He was so helpful throughout the car buying process and I felt at ease. Everyone else that I came in contact gave excellent service as well.
I’ve been buying parts from Jones Ford for decades. I finally purchased a new car from Jones Ford about a year ago. Mostly because I have always been treated so nicely even by Mr. Walters. I’ve gotten to know the parts people in some of the texts and mechanics well enough to say that there some of the nicest and most humble techs and mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The only morning I would have Franny dealership is to hire good people at every level of the organization and then trust them. Putting too many barriers between the customer and those who actually do the work takes away from the “good neighbor” feel of a dealership. Jones Ford loved me for years before I bought a car. I recently returned to purchase another new car. The salesmen I dealt with were exceptional and to me perfect in every way they treated me. Other dealers lost my loyalty simply because they don’t understand love and respect.
Archie Smalls was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind numerous times while selecting the vehicle I wanted. No pressure and the signing was the easiest yet. Great salesman to deal with.
I have taken my Honda vehicles to Hendrick Honda for service and repairs for several years. On November 26, 2018, I took my 2017 Honda there for its 15,000-mile servicing, wheel alignment, and wash/cleaning. As usual, service was efficient, prompt and thorough. In addition, the Hendrick waiting/showroom provides comfortable seating, television and hot drinks.
Overall, the dealership is good. The last several times I have had my car serviced, there have either been problems with the service not being done completely, i.e., not resetting the reminders, not clearing the tire warning indicator light, etc. Additionally, the dealership is beginning to lot not well care for. Snack area was dirty. And while a free cup of coffee is a wonderful and nice offer, the coffee itself has got to be the worst I ever drink, and I like coffee. Some work needs to be done to bring the dealership back up to par. And just a small thing, but the service rep kept referring to me as 'bud.'
