Just had to wait 2hrs for my oil change. I had a 9:30 appt. time even got to dealership a little early. Was told they were running behind so it would take 2hrs. Other then that everything was good . They always go beyond what you need service to help you. My service guy was Nathan Rogers he was super nice and very professional . I usely deal with John Daigle he’s great to deal with .

Keeping me occupied while I wait. It was My Birthday that day and everyone that worked there that knew it was my birthday came over and wished me a Happy Birthday. And I thought that was really nice.
My salesman Felipe was awesome! Asked what I was looking for, assisted me immediately and was a no pressure salesman. When it came time to purchase, very easy, no haggling and in and out in less than an hour! Anthony, my F&I associate worked on getting the best cost and was super friendly and easy to talk to. Overall great buying experience!

4/26/2018 - My experience could not have been any better. In and out within an hour. The only dealership that gave me a fair price from the get go. No haggling. Old school sales, professional staff, a good vibe from the moment you walk in the door. I went all over the place, even to Baton Rouge, only to find the best deal 20 minutes from home. We were looking for a new Odyssey for my wife. The experience of purchasing a car from Royal Honda is like no other car buying experience I had. There is no pressure to buy. The salesman explains the vehicle. You go for a test ride. The salesman presents you with a price. Very simple. The price was better than other dealers by hundreds. The next day we came back and the salesman went through all the feathers of the 2018 Odyssey. I will buy MY new Honda soon from Royal Honda.
We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had the best experience at Premier. We were treated so respectfully as compared to another local dealer. The salesmen work tirelessly for the customers and you can tell it's a family at Premier. We did most of our negotiation online and over the phone because we have 2 small children. Corey was extremely patient throughout the entire process and through our indecisiveness. He stayed late and appeased every request and not once showed any frustration. Greg, the sales manager, is extremely kind, fair, and professional--not the same treatment from a manager that we received at our local dealership. Travis, who did our financing, was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Overall an excellent, well-oiled and FAIR dealership. There are fair people in the world!
Words can’t explain the experience I had at Royal Honda it was completely amazing. I walked in nervous and overwhelmed by the car buying experience because I’m so young thinking the salesman would be pushy and rushing me into a car I didn’t want. Mr. Danny Nuccio was the complete opposite he was so helpful showing me the car and making sure I got the best deal. I didn’t feel forced into my car I absolutely love it! The finance manager was also great at showing me the best options for gap insurance and future maintenance on the vechile. After all that I was given keys to my new vechile and a dozen roses. I really had a great customer experience and would refer anyone to buy a car here. I wish them more business.
