The salesperson, Emily Famulare, greeted me with a smile, and proceeded to explain the workings of the RDX, went over my many questions with precise answers, pointing out features that made me decide to purchase. The test drive really "sealed the deal" for me. Throughout the rest of the process, Emily, and other associates, acted professionally, courteously, in a warm, friendly manner. Five stars to Northeast Acura!

UPDATE: After receiving more information in the mail, I have changed my rating of this dealership. The salesman, Chris Roberts, did a great job. However, I recommend you obtain your own financing. We have an almost perfect credit score and were told a 4.64% interest rate was the best they could find for us. Yesterday, I got a letter from a financial institution they had sent our information to informing us that our application had expired and the rate they were offering was 2.94%. This leads me to assume the dealership got something out of the deal with the financial institution we were given.
I have never leased a vehicle before and it was an exciting and great learning experience all thanks to Keeler Honda, especially Adam! I would recommend this dealership and Adam to anyone looking for a new car.

It has been a year and a half since my Purchase and I walk in the dealership to have my car washed every few weeks and every single person says hello to me -every person that I encountered throughout my sale remembers me. I just had my first experience with the service department and I have to say I'm once again I'm amazed. I know I've use that word a lot but there truly is no other way to say it.
It must be an amazing place to work because every single employee that you encounter when you visit that dealership is happy.
