I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.

I would say Victory Honda San Bruno is the best place to go when you shop a car. They give you an excellent service and happy to fullfill your needs and wants about the car. Yesterday, i brought my car for service and it didn't take long. When its done KENT NGUYEN called me and gave me the paperworks. he asked me if i have any question and said "yes". What's your question he said. Then i said, " Why are you so good?" He did an awesome job. I can't say anything more but people at Victory Honda are good. All Services are excellent. Leffy and the General Manager Tanal are doing such a great job. Keep it up!!#
I have taken my car here for regular service for a year now and I am always treated with respect and kindness. Their pricing is fair and the service advisers are always helpful and accommodating.
We just bought a '19 Honda HRV from El Cerrito Honda and had an excellent experience. We really enjoyed working with the salesperson, Sylvia Garcia, because she was knowledgeable, courteous, relaxed, had excellent communication skills, was straightforward, thorough, and sensitive to our needs and preferences. We recommend her without hesitation.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Honda Marin! I was buying a new car and as a newcomer to the US (from Canada), I felt welcomed and supported throughout the whole buying process. I highly, highly recommend Oscar Perez if you’re considering buying- he’s extremely professional but warm and a fantastic person. I had a GREAT car buying experience with Oscar Perez. I was shopping for a used car with my son. I went to 4 other Honda dealers and had mediocre to satisfactory assistance in our search and negotiations.
I am a director of sales in another industry, therefore I feel like understand a genuine above and beyond the call of duty attitude of advocacy. Oscar was AWESOME representing us in a multiple buyer situation for the same car. I would go out of my way to see Oscar again for a new or used car when in the market for a Honda!

Leased a 2017 Honda Civic. I'm retired and living on Social Security and a small industrial pension. I wanted a low monthly payment. The lease let me have a low payment by putting more down out of my savings acct. After three years I'll buy out the residual and have another five years to finish paying. Marin Honda did better than all other brands and all other Honda dealerships.
I have bought 3 cars from them and have been pleased with all aspects of the company.
Since I have spent more time with the service department. They have been up front with all the work they have done.
I have experienced both knowledge of their products and excellence in customer service.
It was fairly painless, and I felt like the sales team worked with me to find a deal that made sense within my stated parameters.
