Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Don’t let the fact that this is a small independently owned dealership deter you. It was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The owner is kind, trustworthy, fair, and honest. He is what every car dealer should strive to be. I’m very happy with the car I bought from him, I will be recommending This dealership to everyone I know.
Shortly after entering the building we were graciously greeted by Anita. It was a cold Friday and we were offered snacks and hot beverage. Our questions were answered. At no time did I felt pressured to buy any vehicle. We requested to drive multiple cars and I didn't felt like I was testing their patience by the various requests. The rest of the rest were respectful but Anita stood out, she is the epitome of what it mean to be a great customer care respresentatives
The lot at Carite has a vast selection. I came there with a one track mind and was only going to purchase a Rav4 but ended up with a Nissan instead. So much to choose from, the cars appears clean and well taken care of.
I would not hesitate to shop here again.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
My experience at Balise Honda was great ! My sales associate was phenomenal and treated me with professionalism and attention to detail every step of the process . I will be coming back and referring others who are car shopping! Thank you Fred Pearson for providing great customer service
Good prices online. Went to the dealership to hopefully purchase truck but was met with an ultra low trade-in value. Value of trade-in was close to 1800 less than 2 other dealerships. I spent a good amount of time in the dealership. During that time, 2 salesman couldn't get their system to send the KBB to the manager for evaluation. Sat in a chair for a while, re-typing the same information over and over again. In the end, we passed and purchased at another place. Overall, people seem very nice but when it came down to the purchase the feeling switched to a typical car dealership. Overall, average. If you are looking for good prices, I'd go there. If you have to trade a car in or want a good experience where they really want to help you or earn your business you might want to re-think or proceed with caution
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
