Had visited another Honda dealer on Route 9 earlier in the week, and was treated very poorly. Was a bit turned off from Honda in general, but decided to take a trip to DCH Kay Honda for one last shot. Maria was incredible from the moment I first walked in. She made sure I understood everything about the car I was interested in. We went for a test drive, and Maria made sure to continue walking me through the car's features to ensure I was as well educated as possible. When the time came to discuss the numbers, Maria remained honest and straightforward with me while we tried to work a deal. She helped me understand everything I was getting into, and at the end of the day, helped me get a fair and affordable deal on exactly what I wanted. In summation, Maria made this process incredibly easy and informative. Maria went above and beyond for me, and I recommend her and DCH Kay Honda to the absolute fullest!
In the past, I have leased about 4 different Hondas for almost 10 years. However, in those past years I have always worked with Mark Kamatoy. Mark would always put my needs first and always found the best solution that would work for me. My previous location that I would normally lease was at DCH Academy Honda where Mark previously worked. Since Mark transferred to DCH Kay Honda I decided to transfer as well. Still with with the best of his ability he was able to find another solution for me in leasing a new vehicle. When I arrived at DCH Kay Honda Mark introduced me to Maria Calabrese. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was so courteous and put my needs first. She introduced me to my new vehicle and gave me a rundown of all the new features. Maria was not just my sales person but she was someone I can confide in about my new lease. Throughout my interaction I also met Dan Greco. While finalizing the paper work Dan was not just professional but also made sure that I knew what I was signing. He was clear and concise and explained everything in detail. Even though DCH Kay Honda is close to an hour away from me. I know I would always get the best service and courtesy. Their dealership is easy to find, super clean and most importantly providing a positive vibe. Even though I live close by to at least 3 other Honda dealerships. DCH Kay Honda is worth visiting.
I recently leased a car from Coast Honda and had a phenomenal car buying experience. Started by filling out a lead form online and worked some numbers then went into the dealership. From the moment I walked through the door I did not feel pressured or just another car sale. They delivered a great car buying experience, Dennis delivered over the top customer service from start to finish he was superb and worked with the team to get the car down to the payments I wanted to pay. The car color of the car I was looking for was not at the dealership but they were very accommodating and got the color I wanted. Before driving the car off the lot Dennis went through everything in the car to make sure I knew how to work every feature in the car. When it came time to signing, Mike was very through and answered any and all questions I had. I would recommend Coast Honda for anyone in the market for a new or -pre-owned car they are fantastic to work with!!!
How many people can say they actually felt comfortable the minute they walked into a dealership? Me!!! I called and spoke with Katlyn who was covering internet sales explained my situation .. The minute I waked in to Honda I was treated warmly , Heylin Liriano my sales rep was waiting with a car for me to test drive!! Heylin is very knowledgeable, graceful and very humbled.. Not like those pushy salespeople who won???t let you breath. She provided everything I ask for without question or excuse.. The very next day Nick the manager assisted my credit union with everything they needed until Heylin came in! When a I got there my car was waiting for me at a very decent price!! What an amazing group of people!!! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!! I was so anxious but you guys made me feel like family. I recommend Heylin Liriano and Honda Universe if you are going to purchase a Honda
John was so helpful at showing me the ropes of what the ins and outs of buying a new car and tails. He was very kind and friendly and thorough, I didn't feel at all like there was any personal gain other than wanting to share accurate information and get good people good cars with great deals
My car died and I needed a car that day, I called John because he was very helpful getting my daughter a new car. Told him what I was looking for and he got thing rolling, I was out of there with the new car in 1.5 hours. John really went above and beyond to get the job done. Very satisfied. My salesman Neil went over all the bells and whistles so I felt well versed in what the car had to offer great job all around
Had a great experience leasing my new Clarity from Karlos. The test drive was nice and informative, he went over all of the new features in the car. Had a really great time at the dealer, wasn't pressured or rushed and in the end got what I wanted.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!
I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
He was not only able to get me a great deal on not 1 but 2 cars the whole time he made me feel like family. He didn???t pressure me into a vehicle that I didn???t want just to get a sale he worked with what I had to the best of his ability and got me a great deal on both cars with my credit score. I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!

Last August I brought a 2015 Mercedes from this company, The sales person didn't Have any knowledge about the vehicle all the sales people left me in the office alone while they when to the back room very unprofessional.
We purchased a 2014 Audi A4 from Eli's Auto. We worked with Kevin and we are very pleased with the experience. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our deal. We felt very comfortable with purchasing our car. Whole deal, including the paper work, was done in less than an hour. He assured us that his mechanic will take a look at the car and whatever work is required would get it done. The mechanic checked the car changed oils, break pads and rotors all free of charge. After two weeks we noticed some issue with the car and contacted Kevin. He immediately agreed to take care of it and the very next day we took the car to Eli's Auto's mechanic and got the car fixed. Eli's Auto took care of all expenses. We definitely very highly recommend Eli's Auto to anyone looking for used car.
