After feeling like I got the run around from the sales guy there, Scott Harmeyer stepped up and took over and changed my mind and opinion of the dealership. He streamlined the process, and made the experience one that was quick easy and enjoyable. I didn't get the vehicle i wanted but very satisfied with the vehicle i got. Thanks Scott!!

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! Quick, answered all questions, explored wants/needs, took good care of me. Ron was awesome, he had 3 deals going on at the same time but checked in with me and knew I had limited time. He got me in and out of the whole transaction in about an hour.

The loan rates that were advertised to offer at a certain credit score did not go in tandem with what the respective financial institution chose to offer. It was the first time I had ever had a brand new car bought from a dealer. To be fair, I did not know anything about the process of buying a car from a dealer. On the other hand, the staff, his name Mr. Hammer helped me through out the process. He was amazing. The atmosphere there was fantastic so much so that it made me feel like I was home. I am sure you would have the same experience.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!
Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.

Great car selection, not the best customer service

Searched for a car online and went into the dealership knowing exactly which new car I intended to buy. Great facilities and inventory. However, it's clear that the staff isn't used to seeing folks of different ethnicities. I received several pointed questions asking where I was from, comments on my accent, and questions about which languages I spoke. All of which were quite comical as I was born and raised in Indiana, with parents and grandparents also from the Midwest and have the most "Hoosier" accent around. Ultimately I was able to ignore the rude comments/questions but left wishing I had given my business to another dealership. But the deals at this location are much better than the ones on the north side, so that was the ultimate decision-maker. North side treats you right, but the south side is better value in terms of cost.
