Excellent, friendly service...thank you! One note: I pulled up expecting carside service before realizing I needed to walk in to check in...a sign would be helpful (an older gentleman honked before realizing he had to wak in).
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Great experience. Everyone kept me informed. The work took twice as long as expected, nearly four hours. I was surprised and delighted that a reduction in my bill was offered without my asking because of the unexpected delay.
Dylan was a pleasure to work with. We had no idea exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the car we chose. He went above and beyond what I expected. I am recommending him to my family and friends. He was GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!
We've been customers of this dealership since at least 2010. My husband and I both have purchased at least 5 cars between the two of us over the years. The sales staff (Mr. Jay Donkel) treated just like family. The service department is second to none with Ms. Leslie leading the way keeping every visit a pleasure. Ms. Leslie even lent me her sweater when I left mine and was a bit chilly in the waiting room. When my husband wants to make an upgrade to his already fun to drive accord coupe Mr. Mark Gartmen makes sure he has all the information he needs to make an informed decision. I'm so glad I decided to check Tameron Honda eastern shore out 1st before any other dealer as I have yet to be disappointed. The Franco Family are Tameron customers for LIFE!
