Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.

The Honda Accord has won so many awards over the years for a reason. Just as you would expect from any midsize Japanese sedan, the value is hard to beat. The exterior styling is modern without being overachieving. Personally I think all the chrome accents give Accord an upscale touch. The interior is very well laid out with all the controls in intuitive places (I own the LX model which doesn't have the touchscreen audio controls). The materials are a good mix, neither feeling too cheap but definitely won't be confused for a luxury sedan. Gas mileage is great. I live in Philadelphia where there is either a stop sign or red light at every block, so my city gas mileage is nowhere near the EPA estimated (I'm lucky to get 17 mpg in center city Philly), but on the highway, especially on longer drives, it will achieve over 40 mpg in eco-mode (over a 600 mile range on a full tank). However, this isn't to say the Accord is without its shortcomings. The voice controls seem to be very difficult to operate and it never understands what I'm saying. The cabin is not well isolated from road and wind noise at highway speeds. Despite being one of the better CVT transmissions I've driven, the shifts can be a bit untimely and unpredictable, particularly on twisty and hilly roads. All in all, every time I ride or drive in another modern midsize sedan, I'm still convinced the Accord is better.
I am satisfied with West Herr for their prompt attention to my needs. I am a busy career person and don't like to waste time. They delivered cars the next day; I realized I preferred a different make/model following a test drive. They didn't complain so they delivered a different make/model the next day. After the test drive, I immediately purchased a brand-new car that matched my needs and drove home with this "dream" car that night. Within a few days, my goal was accomplished. The team was professional, honest and caring. I strongly recommend West Herr. I'm happy I made the right decision. Thank you!

This my tenth Honda that I’ve owned. I’ve got three problems with this sport trim. From bad to worse it goes as follows;
•1-there’s this grinding rotating annoying front wheel noise.
•2-there’s this awful wind/road noise that’s seeping in from the window and/or door area.
•3-front seats are extremely uncomfortable.
I only have 11k on this vehicle.
Our sales person, Isaac Elliott, was very knowledgeable, willing to answer all her questions, and patient. We got a good price and are very pleased with the entire experience. We would recommend Garber and Isaac.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
I was very happy with the service I received on my recent visit to Garber Honda for routine service on my 2010 Honda Crosstour. The service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about the service needed on my vehicle. There was no waiting to see the representative when I arrived and the car was finished when promised. The estimated expense was right on and the service was done properly. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Garber Honda and have had it serviced there since that time. I have never been unhappy with the repair service or customer service. I have recommended this dealer to anyone I know who is looking the purchase or service a Honda.

This car was everything I wanted plus more! Ride is so smooth and still has that new car smell which is awesome. Great ride, great purchase.
I recently went into West Herr to check out prices and information on possibly purchasing my leased 2016 228 convertible. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I was checking out the various possibilities for what I might do after my lease ran out. I had even entertained the possibility of buying a lesser brand off lease vehicle for my use which is not much as I am nearing 84 and drive about 4k miles a year.
Kyle Walsh offered to assist me and did so beautifully. He answered every question and gave me several possibilities of what I could do about just turning the car back in and buying something else or purchasing my current car and what that would take, interest-rates and all of that. He
was very thorough about making sure that I understood which I appreciate . It wasn’t till we had been working together for approximately an hour that he asked if I had thought about leasing a new BMW and I told him I didn’t think I could afford it. He said well let’s check it out and he began to go through the roster of vehicles that were available on the lot. As it happened he came upon a 2018 X2 and showed me how leasing that car was actually the best possibility for me. And I agreed. We arrived at a cost That appealed to me and we made the deal. They actually prepared the car that afternoon so that I had the car the same day. I bought the car actually without having even driven it, so unlike me.
I appreciated Kyle’s easy attitude and his respecting that I didn’t need or want to be pushed. He and Resident Genius Mitch help unload my old car into the new car and I was off. I think I will be very happy athough I’ve only driven the car one day as I live in New York City but leave my car in Rochester at my daughter’s. I’ve had enough of getting my car trashed in the Big Apple. Oh well…… Russell

Very roomy in the back. Great handing and mpg. Very reliable. It’s my 6th Honda and I have the Oddessey and Pilot too. I have to say the sedan’s armrest are lacking compared to the other two models.
I'm very impressed with the professional nature of the Ide Staff. They were personable, helpful, and most importantly honest. My salesman was fantastic and answered my many questions and offered multiple resolutions to each. I'm surprised that this whole process was so easy, efficient, and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend letting Gerry help you with your next vehicle.

All my good feelings are going down when I'm pushing breaks for stop in front of the red light.In that time some ugly vibration start coming from engine or transmission and as much longer I'm staying there it more and more irritating me,and making me sick.I'm three times was visiting different dealerships and their answers were more awkward -their are compare my car's vibration with the same kind of car condition and because is there the same kind of vibration, there is no problem with car! What??????????????!!!!!!

Not the fastest but drives and looks great. Has 19? Rims and still a smooth ride. Love the way it looks. Really sporty looking vehicle.
