I gave this dealership and it???s employees the highest possible rating because I appreciated their dedication in finding me a vehicle that accommodated my financial and personal needs. Although it took a few visits, I was finally able to drive off with a car, without feeling pressured in any way.
You listed AMG GTR on Cars.com @ $138,xxx. I emailed that if the price were correct, I'd take it. Your man said no, it's only an AMG GT, not an R.
I emailed back "thanks, but Im seeking an R. Well, I got emails about all your Mercs available. Got one from sales mgr, another from original internet salesman. I'm guessing they're all generated automatically by a program.
But None of them fit my situation and None even mentioned an R. A little more attention-to-detail would have been appreciated and maybe left me feeling ok, not like I was bombarded by meaningless emails with no connection to my original question. I even emailed back thanking your man for his time, but that I was only interested in an R.
The emails continued. Im not odd, crazy or even too particular. I own five vehicles and I'm not a "lot lizard" or dreamer. I just appreciate efficient business and felt I should point out these communication mistakes to you. (I know I'd appreciate it if someone did this about my business.) Thanks.
We had the best car buying and trading experience ever! I don't normally bother to write reviews but because this dealership went above and beyond with their service, I wanted to let others know about it! Typically car buying is a really exhausting process but these guys made it as easy and pleasant as possible.
Our sales manager was YuvRaaj Madra. He was absolutely fantastic through the whole process: very knowledgeable, professional, great service attitude and prompt communication. He even followed up afterwards to make sure that we're still happy with our new car. He totally went the extra mile and pretty much treated us like royals!!! I can warmly recommend him and this dealership!
We called before we left home, arrived about an hour before closing. They stayed way past closing to make a deal with us. We were given everything we asked for. We returned the truck for a tire and they did as they promised. Even gave us a tank of gas to go home on. Bobby and Alex were both exceptional. We were also given a warranty. We followed up with a mechanic who gave us the thumbs up!! Great, great service!!!
My husband and I were on the hunt for a late model, low mileage certified Honda Accord or Toyota Camry at a great price and after scouring the internet for days and days we found 3 certified Honda's at Lodi Honda. Though we live about an hour and 20 minutes away we treked up to Lodi. Our salesman put up with our finiky complaints about each car and I think we even drove one of the Accords twice to be sure - we were super annoying and he didn't treat us like we were!
Once we decided on one of the Accords we had the easiest financing experience we have ever had purchasing a car (and no we don't have perfect credit). We arrived in Lodi about 5:30pm and were driving our new car home by 8:45pm.
If you are looking for a friendly no pressure experience it is worth the drive to Lodi.
Erik, Umar and Chantra were really great! I had Erik do the most for me for like 2 days straight and he never complained. He helped me get to the exact price I wanted . Definitely recommend !
