I???ve always had great service, I feel like as a woman I can trust the service department to not try to sell me service that I don???t necessarily need. I???ve been going back to sunny king Honda for years and will continue as long as I get great service. Linda has always been my go to person if I have a problem with my Honda and can usually tell me what the problem is and to bring it in to get checked. I???ve called her several times over the years
I could not have asked for an easier experience buying a car. From the test drive to the signing of the papers, it was the quickest and easiest process. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone involved and that is important as a single woman buying a car. I feel that I was given a very good deal and could not have found it anywhere else.
I have had my vehicle serviced at Sunny King since I purchased this one. Every visit has been a pleasure. The service staff is knowledgeable and very cordial. Their eagerness to address any issue with your vehicle is beyond reproach. I will continue to use this dealer for service as long as I own this vehicle if at all possible.
I had an appointment to have my new accord serviced at 8:15 in the morning I arrived at 8:00 they told me to go ahead and pull in... they began the service immediately.. while I waited they offered me coffee and snacks.. they continued to check on me for the 30 minutes I was there and even sat down and talked with me about sports..
I just bought a new 2018 Honda Accord EX-L 1.5T from Sunny King Honda. I could not have asked for a better experience with the dealership. They were friendly, helpful, not pushy, and gave me a fantastic deal on the car. The salesman I worked with, Chris Martin, deserves the highest marks. He was very helpful going through all of the features that came with the car. Also, Nathan Jordan, the general sales manager, further deserves the highest marks.
From the moment I arrived, I had excellent help and it was a completely different experience from other dealerships I have been to. Even though it was close to closing I still got the best help and a great deal.
Great service department! Took my 2017 CRV in to be serviced 22/26/17. Decided to wait on it. Was met by Mr Alan Henson , service adviser. Very courteous and professional! Waited in the customer lounge for about 30 minutes until Alan brought my receipt and Keyshawn! In and out in 30 minutes👍😂🏆
We had to buy new car because of the recent hailstorm. Or looking for a Honda Fit. Mentioned that I was interested in a Ridgeline. Talk to Julie Rooks. She found us the Fit we wanted. We drove the ridgeline and love the truck the sales manager made us an offer that we couldn’t turn down . Left with two cars at a great price. Julia stayed with us until we finished which was nearly nine pm. Great job Julie.
The best Honda dealership hands down! Just make sure you go to Gadsden and not Hoover. KC & Julie made buying easy. They even brought the cars and paperwork to my job! Who does that? I never had to talk them down because the prices were lower than expected and they gave us a very fair trade in. Only good things to say about them. Don't go to Serra or Brannon. They all play games, even Sunny King. You'll thank me later for this review.
We worked with Ms. Steele and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. She seemed genuinely invested in having us in our vehicle by the deadline we provided her. Definitely not someone who comes across as a swarmy salesman who only cares about a profit. As far as I'm concerned, Ms. Steele was the determining factor in our family deciding to go with this specific dealership over a dealership we consulted with in a different city.
Everyone at the dealership made this car shopping experience a good one. Julie Rooks guided us through the process and my son who was helping me felt the same as me that Julie was the best we had dealt with!!! We had been looking around from Huntsville to Gadson for a vehicle that we liked and where we liked dealing with the salesperson. Julie and the Tameron dealership provided that experience.
As a new widow, this was my first experience trading in two high mileage vehicles and buying a certified pre-owned vehicle, a 2017 Honda HRV with low mileage. Julie was patient and considerate as I tried on several cars, then when I narrowed it down to the HRV she quickly searched the lot and found the perfect car. She facilitated the process, including the trade in and subsequent negotiations in a calm manner. As I consider hard-sell approaches, I appreciate going through this process with a woman. She perhaps didn't know as much about the specific features on this particular vehicle as I would have liked, she connected my phone and transferred contacts, and showed me how the navigation system worked -- two of the major features. I'm still learning about the safety features via the manual. I think she is an excellent addition in a male-dominated vocation.
Excellent customer service , would recommend to everyone. I felt nervous coming in and when I left I felt great, thanks to her I get to drive away in a brand new car.
