I bought a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T Manual in July. It has been fabulous. I was attracted to the Accord because of the availability of the manual transmission and upgraded engine combination, unique among sedans today. I came from a premium brand, so the Sport trim didn't have all the features I would prefer (if only the Touring came with the manual!), but since owning it, I am very pleased. The active safety features work very well, and the infotainment is easy to use. Fuel economy is excellent, as is the performance. Great value for money, too! I would recommend this car to anyone.
Great experience with Deb, she took her time and knew our needs. Very friendly and totally helpful. Also dealing with Chip Reuter was pleasant and helpful. Got us in the right car. We now own two Hyundias! Our first is nine years old both from Jones Junction.

It's larger than my previous 2016 Accord. Noticeable improvements over the 2016. The electronics and safety enhancements were greatly improved. For a baseline model, it has a lot of whistles and bells.
I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.

Such a smooth drive and quiet. I love how spacious this vehicle is and the trunk has great space also. Groat Assistant features and good on gas for the miles.
Heritage Honda in Westminster gave me hands down the best car buying experience I could???ve asked for! They made the process so easy and worked with me every step of the way. This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
Ryan is one of the best salespeople this dealership has. He is a very technical person and he definitely knows his cars. He explained to us almost every question we asked in a technical perspective. We were to 4 other dealers before this dealer and thought this dealership would also push us towards buying their car but these people are really nice. They didn't try to force us in taking their car but rather helped us understand exactly what we were looking for. Starting from the Email from Lori till the purchase from Ryan and Robert, my experience was very smooth. Robert is definitely a nice manager as well. We ended up buying our favorite Honda Clarity from this dealership...:)

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Heritage Honda Westminster! Ernie was very patient and provided outstanding service. I did not feel pressured, and he was extremely courteous and professional. It was a great experience, and I absolutely love my new Honda CR-V EX-L!! I highly recommended this dealership and Ernie Kosmakos! It was also a pleasure working with Stephanie Proukou in Finance and Bill Spradbrow!! Thanks!!

I'm so happy I went with this car. I was not looking to purchase a honda. But when I test drove the accord sport.. I had to have it! Love everything about it. It drives great, picks up awesome and the exterior is super nice!
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.

This car has a lot of tech features but they are not working as it should be - front sensors work at very close distance - less then 20 centimeters,
collision mitigation system from time to time throws error message and disconnect cruise control, 10 speed transmission change gears at low speed with heavy sock and so on.
Shayne was incredibly patient. I never, at any time, felt rushed. He made sure that I felt that I was getting exactly what I wanted. 5 stars isn't enough to reflect my appreciation for his help.

I traded in my mint condition 2013 Accord EX to purchase a (Pearl White) Touring 1.5T with 30 miles on July 15, 2018. I used my credit union car buying service to purchase the car so I really got a great discount price. I really like the car and can honestly say that there is no challenge to the Touring's features for a car in its price range. The car has performed nicely so far except that I experienced a problem with the forward facing camera and Collision Mitigation system within the first month. The dealership took care of the issues and I haven't had any other problems since. To summarize, I chose the 1.5T vs 2.0T after testing driving both. I felt that the 1.5 offers sufficient horse power to meet my needs. Most of all, I wasn't willing to pay an additional two thousand plus dollars for the extra horse power option. All other features on both engine versions are the same. Hey, the 1.5 does the job just fine for me, as it is quite potent and holds it own as far as I'm concerned. The only downside of the engine is that it does exhibit a prevalent and persistent turbo lag during city driving which can be downright annoying at times. The other negative I've grown to despise is that the cabin noise is also quite annoying (but tolerable) while driving on certain road surfaces, both in the city and on the highway. I accept that Honda's flagship line does not perform on the same plane as more expensive car makes as far as noise is concerned. At the same time, the features it offers put some expensive cars to shame considering what it offers for less than thirty thousand dollars. I actually researched the noise issue before buying the car. Therefore, I knew that road noise is just a characteristic of low-profile tires. Honda went all out to reduce the effects of using low-profile tires by equipping the Touring with Michelin's top-of-line Primacy line. The bottom line is that I am quite pleased with what the Touring offers overall. I stand by my belief that there aren't many cars in the $30,000.00 price range that can compete with the Touring's features and performance. I'm a happy camper so far.
We interacted with Robert Wilkie at O'Donnell Honda. I only have positive things to say. He was not pushy but was quite knowledgeable, and gave us time to make sure it was the car we wanted. We wound up buying the Clarity at the price we wanted. I would go back!
All I can say is O"Donnell Honda is convenient and the staff at the showroom is friendly atmosphere especially the receptionist. We have never been here before and I have been comparing Honda dealership for the last week or so and have done research shopping around where we can get great service and competitive pricing for the car we are looking for. I have received numerous e-mails from other competitors for our business. I have four e-mails from O'Donnell and one of them is Shayne Wilson. I was impressed with Shayne how professional he is over the phone and did not feel pressure and most of all he seems sincere how he can provide us the service and best quote that he can offer me. We have been buying Honda cars since 1980 and we have few bad experience with car salesman. In any event we met with Shayne on Wednesday November 14,2018 and it was an easy process and feel comfortable dealing with him and come to a conclusion that we have a deal. Today we pick up our car and he assisted us to make sure all the registration is filed with MVA and we got the new keys and we gave him our Car Title and we signed it. Its also cash transaction so it makes a big difference! Definitely will send more customers to Shayne .

Even though we made an appointment to test drive a car, we sat waiting for 15 minutes, only to be seen by someone asking us what we were selling. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find us a salesman, who had adequate general knowledge, but not specific for the SUV we test drove. Then he had no flexibility on pricing, even though it had flaws.
John and everyone at heritage were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect and comfortable. They treat you and your family like their family. We will definitely be going back for any future car buying needs. I would recommend them to everyone!
